Very clean property in a great location - just a short drive from the Wineries and Peaches of Palisade.There was a brief power outage due to a utility issue (not specific to the property) and the host did a great job keeping us informed regarding status.

Home away from home! Nancy and Rebecca thought of everything! We had everything we needed to cook and serve food down to oil and spices. The pur water carafe, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and laundry detergent were unexpected and appreciated. They even had dog biscuits and poop bags (even though we didn't bring along our furry friends;) we will absolutely be staying with them again. Communication was super responsive. Everything was clean. There's a Safeway a couple blocks away. Five minutes to CMU. Ten minutes to the amphitheatre and downtown. Easy access to Hwy 50 and 70. I can't say enough nice things about this quaint condo and amazing hosts. Definitely worth every penny.

Very minimalistic but was ok. Downfall was our bed was literally in the closet, difficult to get in and out with a cast on my hand. No dresser, chair, tv, or closet in our bedroom. The main bedroom was good except no tv either. It worked for our short trip and it was very clean and well maintained.

We had a wonderful time while staying at this property. Quiet, cozy and cool during the hot days. Really enjoyed being there.

The townhome is beautifully decorated and was clean from top to bottom when we arrived. Everything we needed was available and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had any questions. The fire pit and corn hole boards provided for enjoyable evenings. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms are very roomy! More space than we expected. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Beautiful property. Would’ve liked a tv in the bedroom. The tub was a little slippery for my partner. Maybe a mat?

Enjoyed our time in the area and the condo was very nice. Need ceiling fan in bedrooms for air movement. Noisy neighborhood late at night with traffic. Very clean and easy to find.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting our daughter and family. It’s a great place! Very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and small appliances. They provided all the daily essentials for our stay. There is a laundry room that’s free to use for guests along with laundry soap. The host is easy to work with. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Due to weather and schedules we had to make a few different last minute changes to our booking and our host was awesome every time. Recommend this place for sure

Very clean and well maintained property. Everything you needed, but very sparse. Was a bit hot in the upstairs bedrooms, and not much space to walk pets on the property.

This is probably the nicest and largest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in for this price. Everything was updated, very clean, and well stocked with kitchen necessities. I loved the minimalistic decor also. We would definitely recommend this rental to others!

Nice clean place to stay. Easy in and out

We were in Grand Junction to connect with old friends; this property fit our needs perfectly. It was super clean and very comfortable for the two of us and our small dog. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathrooms well supplied with towels and necessities. We didn't use the small backyard patio as it was simply too hot to enjoy (July in Grand Junction - not a surprise!), but it would likely be nice other times of the year. The empty lot across the street is a bit of an eyesore, but that is not within the owner's control and may change in the future as there is lots of development in the area. The host was easy to reach and very responsive. This property is well worth considering!
