This property is ideal for large family or group gatherings. There are 3 homes on this 3 acre wooded property with plenty of spaces to hang out playing pool in our Train Depot Home, Shuffle Board and a Pool Table in our Game Junction, or fire up a couple grills and hang by the pool in the Train Depot's backyard. We also have a sand volleyball court, outdoor bonfire area and a nice open area on the backside of the fenced in pool to enjoy outside.

Our Train Depot home has 4 bedrooms,however, please note the back bedroom with a Queen bed off the kitchen is accessed through another room, which we've turned into a bedroom best suited for kids/teens with two sleeper / futon couches. Plus it's good to know in order to access the furthest bedroom with Queen bed, you do have to walk through the first room/bedroom with futons located directly off kitchen. Game Junction has a new bedroom recently added with a Queen bed as well as a Queen murphy bed in the common area that unfolds out onto the floor near the bathroom as well as a sofa bed. The Hidden Gem has three bedrooms with one King, one Queen, and one Double.

The Train Depot is 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Our Game Junction is 1 bedroom with 1 full bath. And our Hidden Gem is 3 bedrooms with 2 full bath.

NOTE: if you are planning or would like to plan a special event, celebration, reunion, or social gathering that involves more people than the 20 people allowed on property and paid for in your reservation, Host approval is required and additional fees do apply. We will need to know the intended or expected maximum number of additional guests. We also have time slot restrictions to these events such as 4 - 5 hours, especially if / when live entertainment or DJs may be utilized.

LATE CHECK-OUT options available at two different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge_Until 2pm @ $175. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Kelly, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction).
