Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home, the joke was “it had everything but the keys to the boat”! Management was extremely responsive, a plumber showed up within a 1/2 hour of us calling with a problem. They also informed us of a municipality issue, as guests in the community, we wouldn’t have known.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed at the Conch Cottage. Beautiful house with absolutely everything we needed. In a nice quiet neighborhood on a canal. Little details like beach towels, bikes, all the beach gear we needed, coolers. Outdoor living area and pool was absolutely stunning and well kept, great fire pit and Corn Hole set was great. We like to cook and kitchen was well stocked, beautiful bedrooms and comfy beds! We’ve stayed in many rentals thru the years but none that was equipped as well as this one. Highly recommend and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Everyone had plenty of room. Loved the pool. We even had a herd of manatees visit while we were on the dock. Amazing!The location was great for us and it was an easy stroll to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this beautiful home for 3 weeks starting the beginning of June This year. The house was great, the management company was not. Unfortunately ran into a few hiccups at the beginning with the acs going out, pool chiller going out, power on dock went out, leak in shower , ants in kitchen , dryer stopped working, fire Alarms went off had to be taken down, door handle for back door broke, and the surround sound radio would not work properly. Prior to coming down, the home owner reached out to my wife after she made a reply to a post she saw on Facebook that we would be staying in the home. Carrie , the owner, was very very nice and welcoming , even inviting my wife over to show the house the day before and leaving the kids welcome treats, which we thought was awesome! The management company owners Mallory and Reilly immediately changed their attitude towards us after finding out we had communicated with the homeowner, mind you she contacted us . Every problem we had we would let them know, and the response from them would be very sarcastic, condescending and made us feel like we were aggravating them. Was told to not call Carrie , the homeowner, that they would take care of the problem which was completely fine with us we just wanted the problems fixed. The management company did end up fixing the problems , but overall very very unprofessional and rude. On checkout day we did let them know we were running behind, and would be staying another week in a different house so we had to move the boat, trailer, and our belongings and things acquired the last 3 weeks we were there with 3 children, and were sent a text saying it was time to vacate the property and we needed to leave the premises . We were there an extra 45 minutes after checkout and apologized , only to be basically run out of there! Great home, yes things break it happens everywhere which we understand but absolutely no reason to treat people the way we were treated by this company.
