Completely Updated Sparkling Town Home in Vista Cay, Must See!

This property was very clean and well-equipped. We stayed here while attending a convention at the Orange County Convention Center, which was only a 3-4 minute drive away. It was also close to a grocery store, great restaurants, and entertainment. I highly recommend this property.

Highly recommended. Clean and in prime locations. 15 mins drive to Disneyland attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

This townhome was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. The location was convenient. My husband, 2 kids, and I had a wonderful time. Thank you! *One note for those with mobility issues - it is a 3-story layout, with the kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor.

Great location And communication with host.

The property has tons of space for large families. We had a group of 7 and were very comfortable.We couldn’t find the remote for the upstairs master bedroom tv(not the end of the world) and lamps wouldn’t turn on(may have been user error) but again, not a big deal. Other than those two things the place was great! The pool, trails and basketball court were great to have for the kids. The pool bar was nice to have if you wanted something but I will say, the pool bar staff - less than friendly. I heard multiple families talking about this during our pool days. This has nothing to do with the property itself though. We were able to walk to Publix to get some groceries and a few close restaurants are also walkable. Getting to Universal was a quick 10 min uber ride! Super convenient!

Could have used more toilet paper and bath towels. We ran out of both. There is washer and dryer in the unit but have to move some furniture around to get to them. Small complaints because overall the place was great.

The town house was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable. Anthony, the host, was extremely accommodating. The other highlight of our stay was the immaculate pool and relaxing lounge areas.Our only disappointment was that our stay was too short.

Our stay was great, the house was perfect for our group and was extremely clean and well kept. The thermostat was locked, however the host was able to adjust it for us after we called him for assistance. Host was very responsive and flexible. Would stay again!

(Have to schedule time to use being in a bedroom).Pool and bar were nice to relax at day after our 2 days of parks. (So close to Epic!)Cons:Needs a good deep clean. (Blinds, floors, bedding!!) our outer bedding for upstairs king needed washed before sleeping in. not sure duvet had been washed? The other rooms should have been but my adult kids didn’t care as much and it was late when we checked in so I didn’t bother. No mattress pads over bedbug covers (which are dirty) but slept on them with sheets over them.King upstairs bed very firm! New pillows would be a plus.Manager difficult to reach after hours but owner finally responded and offered solutions. Loud neighbors on weekend-party Saturday night until 3:30 am but could have been vacationers so not much one could do. Otherwise very quiet community! I would recommend and we would rent again if in the area if we had a large group.

Great property! Perfect for our family of four (two teens) trip to Universal’s theme parks. Very close to Epic Universe and not far from Universal’s other 2 parks. Also has a nice pool for off days!

We stayed here for a conference and it was perfect! Everyone had their own private bathroom and we still had a half bath for any guests! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen came with everything you could need! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property. Nice and clean. Plenty of space and beds, sofas, all very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Air conditioning excellent. Swimming pool was close by, although we only used this once. Universal is about a 10 minute drive and Epic Universe probably only 5 minutes in the car. Supermarket is nice and close. Anthony was really helpful and enabled us to enter the property earlier. Overall we had a great time. Thank you.

We’ve stayed at this resort before in a similar property, which was excellent — but this one was even better. The home was exactly as described: spotlessly clean, modern, and in great condition. The kitchen was particularly well-equipped with everything you’d need, including a full range of utensils and some thoughtful extras like complimentary soaps, washing-up liquid, and laundry powder.The location is ideal — no more than 30 minutes to all the major theme parks, and with the new Universal park just across the road, it couldn’t be more convenient.Communication with the host was smooth and clear throughout, from check-in to check-out.All in all, we absolutely loved our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Great little 3 floor town home. Super clean, plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Walking distance to Publix and some food choices. Pool will be great once it's finished being refurbished. Love that it's in a gated area. Quick to Universal and not terrible to Disney area. Property manager/owner was wonderful to work with. Would stay again hands down.

Our stay here was great. It was close to I-Drive and Icon park and about 15 minutes from Disney. It was spotless and a beautiful 3 story condo. The communication was great. We will definitely come back.

Very clean and cute townhome. We were here for a volleyball tournament and it was great. Right next to convention center.

Anthony is a quick-responding, friendly, and accomodating host. The property was beautiful with plenty of amenities and with great proximity to the attractions.

Perfect home to stay with friends/family. We ended up being just two couples instead of three, so it was hard to decide which room to choose, as they all have their own bathrooms and are very spacious. The whole apartment was very clean and accommodating. The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here in the future.

Great place room for all of us. No access to garage for laundry like other units.

Nice and clean, centrally located. Only complaint is the air-condition would not go below 72. We sent a note to manager but no response. Other than that, very nice place.
