Completely Remodeled Home with Private Pool, Sunset-View Deck, WiFi - Near Trail

Great house! Layout, location and pool area were wonderful! Had a little mishap with the communication on golf cart but they handled it very quickly for us. House needs a little work but it didn’t impact the quality of our stay. The house was a bit humid inside, sheets felt damp. Bedding, toiletries were great and kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Our family had a wonderful stay.

This house has a great pool and outdoor space. Lots of parking.

This home sits on a quiet corner with a view of the IC and access to a nature path and a small park nearby. The beach access is a quick bike or cart ride away. The pool was fantastic, and the patio area has plenty of sun and shade options along with an outdoor shower and bathroom. The home has every kitchen amenity you could ask for, and it was the perfect space for our family. The deck areas are comfortable and inviting places for coffee and meals and there is even a large sofa perfect for a good book. This was an absolutely wonderful place to relax for the week.

Starting with the positives..Upon check in the interior of the house was clean, well supplied with towels and household items. Great location, easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We did find many loose and rotting boards, popped nails, I save railing, bench seating and steps and called to have maintenance come address these. They came the next day and put a few screws in the step that was completely detatched as well as a deck bench board that was no longer secure. The dock however was unable to be addressed due to the severity of disrepair, the maintenance person said the entire dock needs to be replaced. And the last day of our stay my son stepped on. Rusty nail that had popped up. Our family did enjoy our stay but we were unable to fully relax while outside due to the unsafe boards on the back deck, stairs and dock. If the dock, back steps and deck are refinished, this property would be amazing.

The location of the house is great with everything being within walking distance. We enjoyed walking to the park and pier during our stay. The beach is only a short walk away as well which we enjoyed daily.

We just finished our annual family beach vacation today---6 adults and 3 kids. This is our first time going to Holden Beach and we loved it! This house didn't disappoint! We have probably rented 20+ houses over the last 15 years and the kitchen in this one was definitely the best stocked. The have every small appliance imaginable. The bedrooms were comfy---all 4 have ensuite full baths. We loved the open floor plan. The covered wrap around porch made this one of my all time favorite houses EVER! We have 3 grandkids (ages 10, 7, and 2) and they loved hanging on the porch when we weren't at the beach or the awesome pool---even riding scooters on the porch. The porch has so many chairs that there was always a place that you could sneak off and read a book or make a phone call (several of us had to work occasionally from the house). Early each morning we would get the 2 yr old from the grandkids' bunkbed room and sit on the back covered porch and watch/listen to all of the birds. We especially love houses that have individual mini-split heat pump units in the bedrooms. It's so easy to control the temp according to the occupants' comfort level. We appreciated having the golf cart limo---I think it is available June-August. It was so easy to drive to the public access (917 Ocean Blvd W) and drop off the beach chairs, etc then go back to the house to get the rest of the gang. This house comes with a private golf cart parking spot in a vacant lot at 934 Ocean Blvd W. After dropping everyone off, I would park in the lot and walk back to the public beach access. Sailfish Park is just around the corner. The grandkids enjoyed going there each evening. Sailfish is a beautiful place to watch both sunrise and sunset. I can't think of anything that I would change about this house.

Beautiful and private for those who truly want to get away and relax! We loved out time there!!

We loved the porch and pool area. Kitchen is very well stocked. Location isn’t bad it’s a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Since we stayed in a month the golf cart is not available that was a little inconvenient. Would be nice to have the option for the golf cart. Home could use some maintenance

Perfect for 3 couples and two kids. Porch, pool and side yard are perfect for enjoying your days outside.

Awesome house and vacation location. They took care of all our needs. House was fully stocked. No issues. Great vacation.
