Frank is a great host, very responsive. House felt bigger than I expected and was as pictured. Bring your shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and Kleenex tissues. Bathrooms had hand soap, paper towels, and plenty of body & washcloth towels in cabinet. You might want to check expiration dates before you use anything from the pantry. The light fixtures are my favorite, all so pretty! The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay here.

This property has all the necessary rooms and bathroom for our family. Frank was very helpful and accommodating to our needs and answered all questions in a prompt manner or call us himself. Property was renovated; rooms ample, had extra towels, paper towels and tvs in all bedrooms. Downstairs family was nice. We appreciated the 3 bathrooms. Parking was good. Might be good to have extra plates, bowls, coffee cups and silverware to use as to not always having to wash them. Also tissues in bathrooms. Overall, very pleasant stay and close proximity to UMich for graduation season. Thank you Frank.

Frank the host provides a very clean newly redecorated comfortable well appointed home. It was a pleasure to stay there and he was a pleasure to deal with. The home was perfect and had three baths one on each floor. Bery convenent.

It was a very nice place to stay. We had everything we needed and close to places to eat.

This was a great place to stay, and the house was lovely. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the backyard is a beauttiful little oasis. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry are all new and updated, and the house was clean and well appointed. Would have loved a hairdryer and a few standard toiletries, but otherwise everything was perfect. The owner was great to work with, and we would recommend this property highly! My friend and I stayed at this home for a Michigan football game weekend, and it is a quick easy drive back to campus.

The house & owner were great! It was such a close drive to Ann Arbor & some surrounding golf courses. There were a ton of food options close to the house as well. Would definitely recommend choosing this for a weekend stay!

This is one of my favorite places I've booked for myself. I was staying here to visit family with my dad, we both had plenty of space. I l o v e the master suite, the bathroom up there is amazing (my dad said so too). We had everything we needed, some of the reviews mentioned the decorative towels and yes, they exist but there were plenty of towels provided. I really enjoyed my time here, if I'm ever in the area again visiting family, I plan on staying here and will direct family members who need a place to check this one out. Again, thank you so much!

We absolutely loved this property. Everything we needed was supplied! The home is beautiful and clean, it felt very welcoming. It is a great location, we were close to everything we wanted to see. Ford Lake was an added surprise, only a quick 5 minute walk! We will definitely book again.

The property was very today and clean. Check out the Big Sky and Bomber diners close by; great breakfast :)
