Our family of four had a blast in the pool and slept well at night! Well appointed kitchen with everything you would need. Loads of clean towels. Quiet neighborhood (with the exception of the occasional fire whistle that I wasn't aware of and scared the crap out of me the first night we were there. ) Beautiful house, great stay! Would book again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is in a super cute and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool, made smores with the grill, took walks and played in the yard. Cape Henlopen and Rehobeth Beach are within 30 minutes and both are beautiful beaches. Lots of restaurants and shops close by as well. We have already recommended this place to our friends who are looking to travel soon and we will definitely be back!

Hi It was very clean and perfect for a family. The only thing was our family has three adult children, one who is married. The double beds would be ok for younger kids, but my husband and myself and our son and his wife were uncomfortable in a double bed. A queen would have made this stay perfect. We would love to rent again next year, hoping the beds would be upgraded to queen. Everything else was perfect.

Property was as advertised, neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Calvin was easily accessible and quickly responded to my request.

My friends and I were very impressed with the property, and everything was as listed on the website. The host was also very nice easy to communicate with. The only issues we had with the house were some items (the back door seemed a bit fragile, the front door also did not fully close sometimes, and the pullout couch was in the foyer instead of the living room). Insects are also very prone to getting in the house and in the pool, as there are a lot outside the house. Asides from this the house is very beautiful and we had a great stay. Thank you!

We met together from three states: NY, TX, DE. DEL- House was lovely - literally perfect! It had plenty of space , is nicely laid out and furnished. The pool added an extra blessing, the outdoor shower was really nice. The location? Half hour from anywhere - Rehoboth, Dewey Beach and really close to Harris Teeters mkt. ON SITE laundry really helped. our host was kind and communicated everything we needed to know. Perfectly happy ? NY
