Stayed Mar 11, 2023Great property for our family of 4! Very close to Moab and all it has to offer. The house had everything we needed but an extra blanket in the living room would have been nice. It is a little noisy with the highway traffic - bring ear plugs or a fan. The noise did not affect our sleep.

Stayed May 11, 2025The adjustment of a few minor things would have improved our stay. The WiFi is unsecured (did not require password)The tv did not work as expected. The only pan was tiny. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Stayed Oct 10, 2024This property definitely has a lot of potential. The overall space was great. Large walk in closets and overall pretty roomy spaces. The negatives were that the place was not clean when we arrived. Towels were folded but still quite damp and dingy. Furniture was super dusty and the mattresses were super uncomfortable. I think simply upgrading the mattresses/bedding/towels and having the kitchen a little better stocked (the coffee maker didn’t even have filters provided nor was there any salt/pepper) would improve this listing immensely. The traffic noise from the highway really wasn’t bad at all. But the AC unit was so loud it was hard to hear the television. We are on a 2 week trip through Utah and Arizona, staying almost exclusively in rentals and this listing wasn’t even close to the level of the other places we’ve stayed

Stayed Jun 11, 2024We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to downtown and Arches. If you stay - please follow the directions that are provided with the confirmation especially if you are arriving after sunset. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed the use of the garage. I would recommend this house!!

Stayed Jun 4, 2024The place we stayed had everything we needed such as parking space, room to live, great location and scenic views. The highway traffic was a bit noisy but nothing that we could not live with.

Stayed May 30, 2024Nice comfortable condo for our family during our stay visiting Moab & Arches. The condo is further south of town than I expected but I would stay here again. The only problem was trying to find it for the first time if you arrive after dark. If you put the address into Apple Maps you will be guided to the wrong location about 10 miles too far south.
