Comfortable House with Back Yard In Pasadena California

Loved it wanted to stay longer. Cozy place, clean and comfortable. Close ro downtown

Great location. On a busy road, but was able to walk to the Rose Bowl, Grocery Store, Restaurants, Floatfest, etc. The house is missing some things (utensils, glasses, etc.). The tub drained very slowly and the towels left for us had holes in them and were stained. Host was quick to respond and overall had a good experience.

The property was as described and had a lovely outdoor space. Good communication from the owner, who was professional and responsive. Would stay again!

Ohannes was good about communicating prior to our stay and letting us know of the check in process, which was easy. The place is clean with one exception...it is listed as 'sleeps 4' (because there is a queen bed and pullout couch) but the pullout couch was too gross to use, unfortunately. Once we took the couch cover off and removed the cushions, the pullout mattress within the couch was full of crumbs and an old crusty sock. When we unfolded the mattress it was stained and we began putting the sheets on, we realized they were badly stained as well. The pullout was not a very inviting place to sleep. We ended up having to share the queen bed the first night, and one of us stayed elsewhere for the rest of the trip. The queen mattress was not the most comfortable but at least was clean. The linen closet smelled stale as did most of the sheets. They could do with some replacing.

Ohan is very kind and patient. The property is spacious, with an area to work separate from the bedroom. The parking was a bit tricky, but it was nice to have a parking spot in the driveway.

This area is quiet but very convenient. The house has a yard very good. Mr Ohan Kendir is very very nice. If you need please for your vacation. This is a good choice.
