Comfortable Home in a Quiet Centrally Located Nantucket Neighborhood

We had a wonderful week at this rental! The house is cozy yet spacious, with helpful amenities like a dishwasher, laundry machines, a big deck, and an outdoor shower. It's about a twenty minute bike ride out to Cisco, almost all of which was on the bike path which was perfect for us. I would recommend renting bikes separately, as none of the on-site ones worked out for us. It took about twenty minutes to walk into town on the nights we ventured in and it's a quick Uber/taxi to just about any of the spots around town. Such a great week for us on ACK!

My family stayed at 12 Meadow View for a week in August. It was our first family trip to ACK and I was quite happy with how central the house was. It's west of the rotary so there wasn't any traffic to battle to get to town. Sconset, Madaket, Wauwinet were all within about 15/20 mins. The house had the traditional Cape summer home that we like. No stairs, outdoor shower, big deck, no A/C, and lots of old games and books lying about. For a family of 5 and an AuPair this was a great setup. The trundle beds make the space flexible. Also being on a quiet side street was great with small kids.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Flaster home. Beautiful neighborhood, spacious home with large deck and back yard. Rick was very communicative before our stay and quick to respond with any house questions when we checked in. Would highly recommend their home to anyone looking!

We had a great time at 12 Meadow View. The property fully met our expectations. We enjoyed the bicycles that came with the property. We spent a lot of time on the huge back yard deck. The house had all of amenities we expected. All the appliances were new or almost new. We would rent there again.

What a lovely and well appointed house! The location is perfect for getting just about anywhere on island in a snap. Quiet neighborhood with privacy. Walking distance to town and observatory. Also quick by bike to beaches. The house had every amenity and then some. Outdoor shower, huge back deck and yard, nice beach chairs and even bikes! Well organized and appointed kitchen. There were so many extra thoughtful details that made for a particularly special experience. Kind and very professional communication with owners. We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The home is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very communicative and provides a wealth of information about the house and island. They also allow you to use beach items such as chairs and bikes that are at the house, and provide beach and bath towels, which saves a lot of packing! The house has a nice large clean kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a large backyard. We hope to come again!

Great location, central to everything. Property was clean and well cared for. Loved the outside shower and all the beach gear! Owner was very easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. Perfectly suited for our family of four. Just got home but we miss Nantucket already!

Rick's property is everything you need on the island; the house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed ( appliances, dinnerware, bicycles, beautiful deck/grille). Additionally. ,the house is close to town, beach and bus routes. Awesome Place!

Because they have thought of everything for you! The house is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fully stocked (seasonings, coffee filters, paper goods, towels, fans, bikes and helmets, beach chairs, rain umbrellas, etc). The backyard is lush and peaceful. The location is ideal – quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to historic district and easy access to bike path and bus. The owners go above and beyond in their communication making for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to go back!
