This comfortable, family and pet-friendly home is the perfect place to stay for your trip to nearby Saratoga Springs. The split-level design features a large, open, sunny main room with a large dining table, and a roomy kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom (king bed) and ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom (queen bed). The second bathroom is also on this level. The third bedroom (2 twin beds) is located downstairs--it's a perfect space for kidsor teens! Dogs and their humans alike can enjoy the yard--there is a fenced area for dogs to run, as well as seating and a small fountain in a garden for you to relax. Our front yard space is devoted to growing food and medicinal plants; depending on the time of year, it may be in full bloom! We provide all linens and towels and have most amenities you would expect in a home, including a washer/dryer, iron, dishwasher, streaming services, WiFi internet, bathtub, and more. We also have plenty of toys, games, and books. Whether you're exploring the city or relaxing at the property, this amazing house has everything you need.

Very clean home. We used the two upstairs bedrooms which had comfortable beds. Super dog friendly, complete with dog toys and fenced yard. Kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Thank you!

Whitney was a great host! We had an easy check in and Whitney helped us out and allowed an early check in. The house was a perfect place to stay for shows at SPAC:*Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. *Our son loved the lower level guest room! *Comfortable bed in the primary bedroom.

Cute little house that was great for my family of young adults and a dog. There is a great neighborhood park and walking trail and close to Ballston Spa. The house does back up to some kind of heavy machinery business that was very loud on the Sat we were there but that might have been a one time thing. The deck could use a power wash!
