Comfortable and Peaceful Cooperstown 3 Bed / 2 Bath house with Screened-in Porch

Everything was great! Greg was so nice and helpful and the trip to the Cooperstown Dream Park easy and quick. Would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful house. It was very nicely prepared for our arrival, including a nice welcome gift from the owner and plenty of info and guides about the area. Very clean and everything was in excellent condition. The house is very accessible to downtown Cooperstown (less than 10 minutes). The owner was responsive with answers to questions leading up to our arrival and during our stay. He also offered to extend our check out time by several hours, though ultimately we didn't need that. I'd highly recommend this property.

The property was fantastic! The screened-in porch was the highlight for us — perfect for morning coffee and late-night drinks and conversations. The bedrooms were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms made things easy for our group. Access to the washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay. We also made good use of the gas grill, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil we could need — a big benefit when cooking meals together. Check in process was great and Greg was very proactive with any issues we had. The one being wifi, which was quickly resolved by resetting per his prompt text reply. Overall, I’d come back over and over again. Highly recommend!

Omgoodness not enough wonderful things could be mentioned of our stay! Gregory is an incredible host, from the moment you arrive! We had a wonderful gift basket filled with a Cooperstown hat and post cards, doggie bags to clean up, and even a bone and stuffie for our furry friend! The home is absolutely perfect for our week at Cooperstown! It was comfortable enough to sleep 3 couples, along with enough room to hang out and have your own space. It terms of location to Dreams Park and downtown, it was a 12- minute drive through the very rolling hills of NY! Easy peasy commute to Dreams for our son’s games and close enough to come back in between to check on our dog. Kitchen, bath, laundry and linens were well equipped you don’t need to bring a thing from home! If you have any issues, Gregory is super responsive to your messages. We definitely plan to come back and visit again!!! Cooperstown is truly an amazing town, the history, the baseball, the people here, just all of it! And thanks to Gregory for making our first week long vacation in a long time, one to remember!!!

This was our third stay. The house is comfortably furnished and has a nice screened porch in back. The kitchen is well equipped and there is nice dishware. The Wi-Fi and TV reception were excellent.

We were in Cooperstown for the wonderful Glimmerglass Festival and to enjoy the countryside around Otsego (Glimmerglass) Lake. The house is located outside the town but close enough to take advantage of all that Cooperstown has to offer. The hosts were great and super responsive. We really enjoyed the screened-in back porch, where our dog intently watched the rabbits. Cars drive very fast on the road in front of the house, but it is not a very busy road. The large kitchen and comfortable beds also enhanced our stay.

This house is perfect if you’re doing a week at Dreams Park! 13 minutes to the park, 8 minutes to downtown, and easy to access everything. The owners are so kind and thoughtful, and even waited up for us to arrive at night in a thunderstorm to make sure we got into the house safely. The house has a great covered sunroom to sit and enjoy all the lush greenery and watch deer and bunnies that came to the house. Lovely property, highly recommend.

Wonderful well kept home. Easy drive to Cooperstown. Was there for baseball and 4 adults stayed at house plus dog. Perfect for six or less. Couldn’t have enjoyed it more.
