It is a small fairly new scheme with detached houses. It is 5 min. from the toll road that leads to the tourist area Ocho Rios and also Kingston. It is 5 min from the Linstead town and 10 min from Ewarton. The Knutsford Express is 15 minutes away.

Themaster bedroom has it own en-suite bathroom with double face basin. It consists of a king size bed. AC, a smart TV, Walk-in closet with mirror, an ottoman, dresser, chester drawer and a night table.
