The property was wonderful. Cozy and comfortable. The owners were communicative and accommodating. The only issue at all was we encountered quite a few spiders. We did contact the owners and they offered to come do a sweep through and assured us that it is regularly treated.

Excellent place to stay, good location. Well equipped. Couch and chair need to be upgraded.

What a treasure! La Posada de Taos was extremely well stocked, squeaky clean and a lovely place to stay! The manager not only emailed instructions for entry, she texted them as well. Instructions were clear and information organized exactly as needed. The house itself had a parking space, charming patio and a great layout for our stay. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the square and extremely quiet. We are already planning our next visit! Thank you!

Lovely house with lots of space to spread out. The private courtyard was special. There were fairy lights in the pine tree! We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the sunshine, flowers and trees. 6 minute walking distance to Taos Square was a big plus. Very clean. Luxurious fluffy towels. Comfy bed. We were very happy here.

Fully equipped. The house was exceptional. Clean and it interesting to stay in a house with traditional Mexican construction. The location was excellent for restaurants, the old Taos, and even the supermarket.

Oh we absolutely loved this place! So much character and comfort, and walk to the Plaza and museums and shopping. We cooked out in the outdoor space and had a lovely evening. Said hello each morning to our turkey neighbors!

Very quaint old adobe home with all of the needed modern amenities. So close to the plaza and all other shops that walking was a breeze. Nice patio to sit out and enjoy coffee or an adult beverage.

The perfect oasis for a Valentine's Day weekend! Close to all of the shops and restaurants, so clean inside, and the fireplaces kept us warm. We skied every day which was about a 30 minute (stunning) drive. Such a cute, darling place and I hope to be back soon! 10/10!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so quiet and cozy. It looked just like the listing. It was close to restaurants, shopping and site seeing we wanted to do around Taos. It was also an easy drive to Santa Fe.

Beautiful casita in a quiet location, very easy to walk into town. The kitchen was really well-equipped, and had pretty dishes and glassware. The house is comfortable and roomy. We could have settled in for a lot longer!

The location was great. The house was clean and attractive, both inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet in spite of being just blocks from the plaza. We would definitely stay there again.

Adorable rental located within minutes of downtown Taos. The kitchen was well equipped, the space was very clean, and we felt right at home. We also enjoyed the courtyard and making a fire in the chiminea at night.We highly recommend this property.

House was spotless, beautiful inside and stocked with all the essentials needed for a relaxing getaway for 2. Wish the history of the house was noted somewhere, if there is one. Befriended 2 turkeys and a chicken in the yard too

Charming space well equiped

Really enjoyed the stay at La Posada De Taos! The casita was much more spacious than we expected, which was great. Very well-equipped kitchen and lovely furnishings. Particularly appreciated the fluffy, thick towels in the bathroom!

We had a Lovely time at Posada de Taos! The location was extremely convenient and quiet. The private courtyard was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There was an outdooor fireplace we wish we had a chance to use, but didn't have time. The space was roomy yet cozy with southwestern art and furnishings. It is a comfortable homey place. We would definitely stay here again and reccomend it to friends and family if they were in Taos. We had a couple of questions for Louisa and she was immediately available and extremely responsive. Check-in was a breeze. We just loved the whole experience!

We loved the casita for its roominess, location, decor, comfy bed, and private outdoor patio. It is one of the best vacation rentals we have had in Taos or Santa Fe. And we will be back.

We try to get out of the midsummer heat every year. This year we traveled to Taos.The Vrbo listing was very accurate and the accommodations quite comfortable. The house was at the end of a narrow deadend street, so no traffic. The kitchen was very well equipped and we ate in most meals. The restaurants were plentiful and we never had a bad meal experience. The grocery was nearby and we walked to the plaza. The weather was just what we wanted: lows in the 50's, highs in the 80's and low humidity. We kept the windows open until noon and the A/C was comfortable afterwards. Breakfast on the patio was perfect.The bedroom and bath were comfortable and well appointed. The only disappointment was the WiFi and TV. The WiFi connection went out often and had to be rebooted. The TV was some sort of streaming system that had several hundred channels but no live legacy broadcast channels. It was ABC, NBC and CBS news 24/7, no regular programing. No ESPN at all. The system did have Amazon Prime and Netflix. The property manager has contacted me to inform that the repair was made to the modem and now words well. We would return again and look forward to it.

We just returned from another amazing trip to Taos and equally amazing stay at Angela’s place near the plaza. We have stayed in this VRBO twice now but also stayed in two other VRBOs of Angela’s at La Posada de Taos. This is the perfect location for us - close enough to the Plaza for walking but far enough away to be peaceful. Angela just has that touch that makes the casita feel like a home. You feel like you’ve truly visited Taos and experienced it. As much as there is to see away from the casita, you almost don’t want to leave because the casita itself is so perfect. We love eating meals in the courtyard or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee while listening to the church bells. Louisa is amazing as well. She is super responsive and somehow manages to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a lot to handle and she does it with grace and ease. We are sad every year when our time at Angela’s comes to an end and from the moment we drive away, we’re already talking about our next visit.

Nic, private and quiet location but only a few blocks to walk to the town center for restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive. Couldnt get over the number of nice art pieces in the his. Recommended and would stay again if we get back to this area.

Excellent in town location. Allowed an early check in. Prompt communication. Had vehicle parking. Nice traditional interior and large outdoor space. Great that it had many amenities to feel at home. Short walk to the Plaza with shops and restaraunts and walking distance to public park. Very helpful host manager.

Good tidy property, and a great adobe experience. Kitchen was better equipped than I expected. Nice little courtyard. Bed was a little noisy and mattress seems due for a change.

It was great to return a 4th time to this lovely property. As we've said in previous reviews, the owners and property manager are a pleasure to work with, providing prompt and clear communication. They go above and beyond to welcome guests and to provide helpful local recommendations. The adobe is beautiful inside and out. Full of fine art throughout including pottery, paintings, rugs, furniture, and its own architecture. The home is peaceful and private and yet just a few blocks from the plaza galleries, shops, and restaurants. The home is so lovely and inviting, even with all Taos has to offer, we spent many happy hours reading and working in the adobe and its private patio. We work remotely and find it the perfect office including reliable wifi (can handle multi-hour virtual meetings). This charming adobe always enriches our Taos experience.

Everything was exceptional!! Whatever was needed household wise was available. The location was excellent..easy to walk or drive to the plaza. We had a problem with the plumbing. Called the owner.. it was fixed in 30 minutes!! Outstanding!!
