Stayed Jul 9, 2025We returned for our third year to the Cape and our second time staying in this unit. It's perfect - the location, the amenities, you name it! The beds are so comfortable, there's all you could need in the kitchen, the unit is clean, it's right near the second pool which is rarely busy, and the list goes on! We would absolutely stay here again on future trips!

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Our trip was absolutely seamless thanks to the host, Jodi! She was excellent in communicating from the time we booked her unit. The location was fantastic, right next to one of the pools, as well as a short walk to the beach. The home was stocked with everything you could need. It was super clean, you could even smell the freshly washed sheets/linens. There was an ample supply of towels for the family. We love Barrier Dunes and will absolutely come back to this unit!
