Comal River Cottages Union 291, Brand New House across from Schlitterbahn

The house is AMAZING! The beds were luxurious, the kitchen had everything you could need, and the outdoor space is gorgeous! Would love to visit again!

Great place. Everything we needed, plenty of room, and a great location. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a powder room. There is a diner across the street and a burger/ice cream place next door. Easy access to everything in town. The host was great and very responsive.

They truly thought of everything. The house was spectacular and we loved all the porches the house had. My family came for my daughter's graduation from Texas State University and everyone loved the house. It is the perfect location, walking distance to Schlitterbahn, the river, and restaurants. We are already making plans to return in the summer. The host was always available and answered any questions we had. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were and they loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom.

The house was very clean, beautiful, spacious, and fit everybody in the family 10 people! The kitchen was fantastic, large counter space, all appliances and features were fully functional and high-quality! There was plenty of seating for everybody. The upstairs was comfortable the beds were premium, including the bedding, which was really soft with warm sheets, and duvet cover. Having a bathroom and all the rooms except the bunkbed room, was very inconvenient and everything was extremely clean!Heated pool was very heated!! The property itself was really well-maintained. The patio was great to lounging plenty of seating. There’s lots to do in the area that is walkable like the park around the corner with the Comal river, the ice cream shop next-door to the house, lots of parking for everyone’s car. The area felt very safe and calm. The downtown for Christmas season is decorated really nicely and we went to the skating rink nearby for the kids! Great house for the value! Will definitely recommend and stay again!!

Gorgeous home in a great location!! So nice to be able to walk to restaurants and even an ice cream shop!! Beautifully decorated and all the bedrooms had super comfy beds!! Great kitchen with everything you would need for entertaining! The owner was great to work with! Very accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend this property!! I look forward to staying there again in the future!!

Overall fantastic!! The house is so cute and clean! It slept 14 of us girls comfortably!! The pool and outdoor space was so relaxing as well!!

Great place, clean and close to everything!

Was a stunning property that worked perfectly for our little family and friend gathering! Bed situation and large living rooms were perfect! We will definitely be coming back this property.
