Stayed Jul 12, 2025Different from what was described in the listing- I think great for older kids or friends to rent but if you have younger kids not for you!Not the same as original pics, I asked for more- they added after I booked (honest pictures, but not the same in person.)I was traveling with 2 adults 2 younger kids, ended up asking a local family member to stay with us because kids bedroom was in the basement with an outside door (dirty outside to malley) kids said scary and chose to sleep elsewhere in the house but wanted an adult to sleep by that door intheir room- lots of choices- my niece wanted to steal the chair by the pool table for her bed at home lol)Overall would say: (1-5 star scale)Neighborhood: 4Instructions: 2 because...Security: 5 We had to ask the cleaning person upstairs how to lock our door! LolNoise: very loud if you are in A you will hear all noises from the upstairs x10Parking: -1 (no way 4 vehicles, maybe 2? would fit in that area- I told upstairs rental they can have my parking if they keep their kids from running upstairs after 9pm) Street parking was easy but not what I wanted.Biggest things (older property)- Temperature: 0 stars! Either freezing cold downstairs or sweaty hot upstairs! FYI: pool table is kids half size but full size sticks in a room too small to shoot pool. Great things: provided everything we needed for a 2 nights stay- laundry, dishwasher, cleaning supplies! If you are over 14 going to an OSU game this is the place for you!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025I wouldn't want to complain about trivial matters. But the Wifi wasn't working for the first 3 nights we stayed and when I reached out to ask for assistance I was receiving messages generated by AI with promises to look into the issues but each response was never met with a solution. Until i contacted the VRBO customer service then almost immediately I got some action and resolve same day which was on our 4th of 5 nights. The 2 televisions were powered by Roku which only work when connected to the internet. The job I was in town for required daily reports I had to input from my laptop. Unfortunately the wifi wasnt working so I had to use my hotspot from my phone and it became an annoyance because of signal issues. So I was having to go to the local library for the first 3 days we were staying. I hadnt recieved real help until I asked what the refund policy was concerning amenities not be provided as stated on the advertisement. Also the walls had hand prints and and looked dirty. There was a faint cigarette smoke smell as we entered the first day.
