Sarah's property is wonderfully appointed from snacks/coffees to blankets to laundry facilities to decor to very inclusive supplies etc. It is very comfortable for individuals and families. Sarah is also wonderful. She is very communicative, easy to get ahold of, very nice to work with.

The host was very welcoming. She checked on us frequently. She had snacks there for us. This allowed us to wait until the next morning to go to the grocery store. The condo was very conveniently located to my son. It was beautifully decorated, making us feel very welcomed. My only problem was the toilets were too low and I could had showered easier had there been rails. This is not a reflection on Sarah as every place we have rented was not handicapped equipped. I will definitely rent from Sarah again if possible. We had a great experience. Thank you Sarah for your thoughtfulness.

The house is so welcoming, clean and charming. There were so many little touches to make you feel at home. Its location was ideal for all the adventures we enjoyed. We can’t wait to stay there again!

This is a wonderful place to stay!! Sarah was an incredibly thoughtful host and her condo had everything my family could have asked for and more! She went above and beyond making us feel welcome with the personalized welcome sign, the snacks and the coffee bar! I am so glad we chose to stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Grand Junction. My grandson’s really enjoyed the playground in the shared yard. It is close to everything!! We will definitely be back!

Very homey and clean!

Set up very nice with kitchenware & things like plastic baggies. Patio nice in a.m. with added bonus of mama hummingbird feeding her babies! Good location. Responsive host. Loved it!

I wish I could give this location more than 5 stars!! Not only was it immaculately clean, it had the best stocked kitchen & it is in a perfect neighborhood feel community but also close to any food & stores you could need. We'll definitely try & stay here again.

The townhome was beautiful and fit our family wonderfully. Our host was wonderful. She Communicated with myself about every question I had.

Had a great stay. Comfortable town home for 2 couples. Location is convenient to I70 and malls/restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Love the extra towels and well stocked coffee bar/kitchen. Roomy bedrooms (both upstairs). We were able to use the garage to store our bikes which was perfect. Would stay again!

Sarah was quick to reply to emails. The kitchen had snacks and a wonderful greeting board welcoming me and my family. A bottle of wine from one of the local wineries. Great location to downtown. Very happy to find this gem.

My husband and I met our daughter and her boyfriend and spent a wonderful four days touring the area and going to wineries in Palisade. The location was perfect and the house had everything and anything you could possibly need. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely book again

This place was very nice to stay at, had all the supplies needed to stay very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with the need dishes and my son liked the coffee that was supplied. Very clean and ready to move in for our stay. Nice neighborhood quiet and nice area to take a morning walk. Look forward to staying again.

Everything was really nice . Plenty of amenities and we love that there to use and do not have to go buy things for kitchen was extra like Pam, salt pepper, paper towels trash bags . soap . Coffee. Nice extras Like all the munches. Thank you

This was a beautiful townhome in a very quiet neighborhood. The amenities and little extras that were provided by the host were a pleasant surprise. My husband and I trailered our motorcycles to ride in the area and the one and only downfall to this location is that parking in the garage is not allowed so it made it difficult to load/unload them as there is very little room on the driveway. The neighbor was wonderful, and let us park in front of her driveway long enough to load/unload them, however, so that was extremely helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
