Excellent stay. House was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. All rooms and bathrooms felt spacious. Area was quiet and beautiful. Host was very communicative, helpful and flexible. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Really beautiful property. It is a charming location. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The bed in the Master was the best I've ever slept in. The enclosed yard was just perfect for our dogs. They really enjoyed exploring and running around. We felt that our host really cared about our experience. We will definitely return!

The place was very comfortable and fully stocked with all of our needs. Host was very responsive. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work, which was a disappointment but other than that, we had a great stay.

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were nice. We loved location. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk around for fresh air and exercise. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful time at this Munds Park house. It was very clean and plenty of things to do. We enjoyed the fireplace and the spacious shower in the master bathroom.

It was an amazing trip. The cabin was clean, had a nice fenced in backyard for our dogs. The kitchen had all the dishes needed, with extra space for the stuff you bring. Multiple tvs perfectly located to fit everyones needs/wants. We would absolutely stay here again in the future

This was our 2nd time staying at this house. We truely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely stay here again. The house is super clean and the bed is so comfortable. Jeff is so easy to work with and I appreciated he checks to make sure all is well with your stay.

We enjoyed stay at this clean and cozy house and also quiet neighborhood. We get good and quick communication with our host ,who also send us guidebook for interesting places and worth to visit places or restaurants. We sincerely recommend this house to everyone.

Comfortable, nice furnishings. To escape the heat of the Phoenix Valley we stay at a lot of vacation rentals in the summer. This was by far one of our favorites. It had a very good bed like you’d have at home (nothing IKEA) and fun touches like a white noise machine (thanks for the ocean waves!). Our dogs hung out on the deck and we had great long walks around the neighborhood.

Colorful Gem is my favorite go to place in Northern Az to escape the Phoenix heat .The house is on a quiet street perfect to take long walks with your dog. The house has everything you could want & need. The house is very modern & clean. The beds are so comfortable its hard to get out of bed. lol Getting ready to book again for next month. Jeff is very friendly & helpful he checked in with me during my stay to make sure everything was going well.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Jeff's property. We loved eating every meal on the back porch while our dogs wondered around. We hope to return someday.

Loved this property for its comfy beds, updated bathrooms, and peaceful neighborhood! Master bedroom was spacious and beautifully decorated. Second bedroom was also very comfortable. Third bedroom (not sure if I would call it a bedroom because it doesn’t have a door) is perfect for kids or guests who don’t care about privacy, as it’s open to the kitchen. Everything was clean and well kept. My husband I will definitely be visiting this great find again! I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. This is our 2nd year staying here. It is so beautiful and nice and cool. Jeff made the check in process so easy and we love the kitchen! We cooked quite a few meals in it.

We were looking for a place near Sedona and this home hit all the marks: Spacious room, pet friendly, and not too far from Sedona. Jeff was also very communicative. We had a minor hiccup with the fireplace and he was quick to respond and assist as soon as he could. Even though it's not located at the heart of Sedona, its only a 25 minutes drive on the freeway and 15-20 minutes on the streets to get to uptown Sedona. Also, we went the week of March 17th which we were told is the busiest time. The only reason why I knocked off a star for location is because we did not find a market in the area - so make sure to stop by a safeway before you head here. Our favorite meals were made in this home!

Great stay

The property was immaculate, with a modern kitchen and amenities. The bed and other furnishings (couch etc) were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped (really appreciated the waffle iron!). Check-in and out were easy. The house is in a lovely wooded neighborhood, close to the highway for easy access tothe local sites. Will stay again if we are in the area.

We were able to unload in the garage and that was convent with the rain and snow, most places do not allow the garage to be used to unload or park a smaller vehicle. Overall a good, solid stay.

This home is beautiful, easy access to this home, great location although it’s a good 20 min drive to Bashas and Walmart, so plan accordingly. Comfortable beds, we did notice the faucets in the main bathroom were very wobbly, the faucet moved easily in the sink, and the toilet in the guest bathroom was wobbly also. Ceiling fans were very dusty. Good communication from the host while there. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

Adorable and cozy! We really loved the back porch and enjoyed grilling and playing the games. We saw our first javelina on the street and also a lil skunk. Wildlife was abundant but neighbors are still near. There were a lot of super cute little touches (stamped toilet paper, fancy folded towels, ect) that were nice as well.

Loved staying at the property. We watched the sunrise through the pines each morning from the couch -- and our dog loved the fenced in yard!

What a wonderful property, it’s prettier than the pictures. It is impeccably clean, a must for me. We checked in on Wednesday, which was super easy. Jeff was very easy to work with when we had to add another member to our stay. The fenced yard made it possible to bring our dog. It was so lovely to be out of the heat. We had dinners and breakfasts on the large porch in the back. And with the tv outside we could watch the playoff games and enjoy the weather. We will definitely book this house again.

We absolutely loved staying at the cabin. It was very beautiful inside! We loved the porches in both the front and backyards. It was very relaxing sitting there drinking my coffee/wine and watching the birds. We loved walking around the neighborhoods too. It was super pretty. We will definitely be back!

What a fabulous area, location and house. I was absolutely impressed with everything about my stay. Great area for long walks with my doggies, they loved the back yard. This property was perfect for us to escape the Phoenix summer heat for a couple weeks! Needing to still work, my husband and I were concerned we have good wifi and it worked terrific! The fenced yard made it so convenient to bring our dogs - and they enjoyed daily walks in the forest! The cabin has every amenity you could want, terrific updated spa like bathrooms/showers too. Would definitely stay here again.
