Family trip greatly enhanced by staying at this unique and cozy cabin snuggled in a beautiful natural setting of pine cone trees.

Was amazing! Lots of outdoor space and the hot tub was awesome! Would definitely recommend it and will stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pinewood Treehouse! We were greeted with home made cookies from the owner (which were delicious!) and a beautifully maintained home. This home had everything we needed for our stay. The weather wasn’t the greatest for us, but we were nice and cozy the entire time we stayed there. The hot tub was amazing to relax in and so neat to be in while it was snowing. We went to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the meteor crater while we stayed here and this home was in the perfect location for us to get to all of these places! If you’re looking for a wonderful home to stay in and visit those places I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Rachael and Ed once again for sharing your home with us, it was a wonderful week for our family.

Our family just completed our stay at this wonderful property. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway that is close to Sedona or Flagstaff, this is a perfect location. This space is more than enough for a family of 4 and could easily fit a few more. We enjoyed the small details the owners provided such as a welcome basket and coffee cake, an organized book of the property and surrounding locations, and even shampoo/conditioner/soap in each shower location. The home is also well cared for, clean, and very comfortable. The owners were very quick to respond and provide all the house information via app before your arrival. This is a nice touch to know what to expect when you arrive. To those coming to hike, we were concerned about the 30-40 minute drive to the trailheads, but it did not bother us in the least. It is such a beautiful area that I will gladly pay this small price for the space and the privacy you get when staying in Munds Park. One of the best perks was soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Word of advice…alcohol hits a bit harder at 6500 feet so be careful! When and if we come back to the area, we will surely rebook this property.

Where do I begin with our love for this property?! Location - perfect distance to Sedona, Flagstaff, Slide Rock. 2 hours to Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest - you can simply have a relaxing respite in the cooling pines after a hot day of hiking! The House Itself - clean, hot tub is AWESOME, furnished with everything you can think of, great bedrooms for kids, just HOMEY. Owners - Rachael was so quick to respond to all questions and provided the coolest app for house information! My husband even forgot an entire drawer of clothes and she shipped them back. Amazing. Added bonus of the world BEST COFFEE CAKE and snacks when we arrived! Can't wait to stay again - don't hesitate on Pinewood!

This was our first adventure outside our bubble in 13 months due to covid. We had a great time. The house is almost equidistant between Sedona and Flagstaff. The master bed was incredibly comfortable! Very quiet neighborhood. The kids absolutely loved the downstairs apartment and the bunk beds were also very comfortable! Plenty of outdoor living space as well. Lots of amenities that made our time in the house easy and fun for the family! Only downsides...the owners aren't kidding when they say the closest grocery store is in Flagstaff. You should plan ahead. Also, there are no dining options close by. The two restaurants near us were closed on a Tuesday night. Many places in Sedona were fully booked ahead of time so again, plan ahead. Overall, this was everything we needed it to be!
