The house is beautiful. We felt at home. Very quiet and conveniently located.

It was great. Greg was very communicative with us, check-in process was easy, place was very clean and comfortable. I will say— the cost to pay for a VRBO is comparable to a hotel, but with a list of chores to do before leaving. This makes me reconsider staying at short-term rentals more and more.

Great access to Colorado River Walk, quiet neighborhood, relaxing floor plan layout (no steps), great kitchen (it had everything), abundant linens, washer and dryer, garage was big enough to park a F150, secure backyard, nice people all around. Very easy to get to any location in and around Grand Junction and the connected suburbs.

This is a great quiet location yet close enough to down town and any amenities you need. Wonderful and modern with a great layout. There is plenty of room and seating for a family or cozy enough for a couple. We loved the patio for evening dining and morning coffee. We will definitely be booking here again if we come back to the area. You will not be disappointed with the provisions!

This house was perfect. It was at a great location in between Grand Junction and Cameo. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked every night and it was just very comfortable to stay, right down to the bedding. It had everything you would need to show up. I would definitely stay in this house again, and hopefully I will be able to get it next year..

The property was as advertised and was comfortable. The host was very responsive when we told them that the main bedroom and bath had not been fully prepared for our arrival. It was a minor inconvenience and the host went out of their way to make amends.

The property was perfect for us just a few doors down from my brothers house. We could walk to and from easily. The kitchen area had all we needed, the bedrooms were nicely appointed, the living area and yard were nice. Very clean too.

We stayed here while our daughter was competing in the World Championship at Cameo, and we highly recommend it! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its central location made it easy to access everything nearby. The host was fantastic—very responsive and incredibly understanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Fully equipped with everything you need. It is a newer home a block away from the river walk which we enjoyed every morning. We really appreciated having a garage. Centrally located with superb golf courses near by and great restaurants. Just a few miles away from Palisade and wonderful wineries. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!
