Wonderful views. Home was very spacious

We did lots of sight seeing and hiking in the Telluride/Ouray area. Staying in Ridgeway was perfect for us. The house is wonderful. It’s clean, has everything we needed, with plenty of room for everyone to be together but yet have their own space. The game room was also fun. The views all around the property are hard to beat. We loved our experience and would love to stay again someday. Highly recommend!

Open, spacious and off the road gives it a private feel. Located close to Ouray and telluride, we throughly enjoyed the place. No air conditioning so it was a little hot when we first arrived. There were plenty of fans and once we turned those on and opened the windows, the house was very comfortable

We absolutely loved seeing the elk wander into the yard in the evening. The game room at the top of the garage enjoyed by our kids as well. A family memory made for years to come.

It has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to high end toiletries. The wood burning fireplace is such a treat and makes for a cozy evening and night. We love it! We will definitely be back! It is also great to have Ridgeway so close. Fun small town.

This is a great location if you’re hopping between Ouray, Telluride and Black Canyon of the Gunnison as we were. It’s tucked in there but how else would you get that view! Great communication from management about property. Deer were plenty. And you have anything you need for cooking, laundry, etc. Only thing I’d note is in a prior review they mentioned a dog might have urinated on rug and the master definitely had that smell on the rug and in the bed. We quickly washed the sheets and snagged some febreeze in town. We didn’t reach out to management as we were on the go a lot.

Reviewer Comments: This isn’t a fully negative review but for the amount paid, a few things were disappointing. To start, one minor disappointment was that the floors in the owners suite still had some spots of dog urine on the tile and rug from the dog or dogs before. Also, make sure you read the listing carefully because there isn’t air conditioning. We didn’t receive the info from management as how to properly vent the home until the day we checked out. In the dessert it did make for very hot nights. One of the main selling points was the game from for us and another small inconvenience was that the outlets up there didn’t work and it was very hot without air. We did contact management regarding the electrical issue, however it wasn’t resolved even after someone supposedly came to fix it. There was no further communication from them. Also, one day the home owners randomly showed up to do yard work, they were so kind but it took us off guard as the management company failed to notify us of their planned visit. They were just maintaining their property, so no fault of theirs, but one would expect protocol would be to inform us of such a visit. The owners apologized for the lack of communication profusely. A few other small things to note; the front door lock seemingly would malfunction for a short amount of time before resolving itself. We did notice the lack of outdoor seating, WiFi was a bit spotty and I will admit I rewashed our bed sheets before using them after noticing a stain at the top of the fitted sheet. All this said, the home is amazing, the views were gorgeous and is in a spectacular area; close to anything you’d want to do. We enjoyed so many aspects of this property. Our only reason for bringing up the flaws were because for the price we did anticipate a little more ease to our stay even though we truly loved and enjoyed the place. . You’d be hard pressed to find anything comparable for the price and location.

You cannot beat the views, waking up every morning to the sun peaking over the mountains was absolutely amazing! The home was absolutely stunning. We had 2 families traveling together and with the size of the home we were never cramped! The host was super helpful leading up to the stay when we were packing. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the small appliances you could possibly need. The washer and dryer was another star of the show. With so many people, we ended up using the washer and dryer more than imagined. Overall this was a perfect home for a larger group of people!

The kitchen is well equipped. The view of the San Juans can't be beat. We enjoyed watching deer roaming around. We stay in VRBO/Air BnBs several times a year. Everyone agreed this was the best!
