Home Truths:
- The den fireplace is not currently operational. Please enjoy the fireplace in both the front living room and game room.
- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home does not have direct beach access.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.
- The main road leading to the home is currently under construction. Detours are clearly marked, but ongoing work and rainy weather can make some areas muddy or uneven. We recommend allowing extra time when arriving and using caution while driving in and out of the neighborhood.
- Please note that the propane BBQ is available from April through October and is put away during the winter months.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    It was a wonderful place to meet a group of 5 women, celebrating a birthday. The house has divided sleeping areas with large common spaces to socialize. My suggestions would be robe and towel hooks on the back of the doors in all the bathrooms. I’d return to this place again. Thank you

    The location is perfect. A quick drive to the main streets of Langley. A very cute home. Everything was very clean. Only issue was WIFI was very poor but not a big issue.

    The house is amazing. Coffee every morning looking out over the water. Great food in town and relaxing in the evening by the fireplace. Will definitely be back!

    The views from the property are spectacular and we saw gray whales everyday. The property managers were very responsive. We would happily stay here again.

    This house is nicely updated with cute functional furniture and lots of space for spreading out. The couch is super big and comfortable. I’m glad we didn’t end up needing the beds that are located in the recreational room because it wasn’t clear that that room is in a detached garage with no bathrooms and smells a little musty, but seems like a great hang out area. We did end up using the day bed in the “den” with the fireplace, it has a door and a bathroom right across the hall, so serves as a bedroom easily. It’s a really short drive into downtown which was nice. The management was very prompt and friendly when we had a couple of small issues.

    3 generations of us stayed for two nights in November for our annual Girls Weekend. The house is absolutely beautiful with spectacular views. Wonderful gas fire made the living room extra cozy. Being so close to town was great.

    There’s quite a bit of space to spread out in this clean, cute rental. Gardens are lovely, kitchen is well stocked (loved the pizza and swag on arrival) and it’s a quick 4 minute drive to downtown

    The house itself was beautiful. However, we found a dead rabbit and a bag of trash left by (we believe) the prior guests. The information on the website did not match what was on the binder. When I asked where the router was, they gave me wrong information (I eventually found it). Also, beware of the company they use to confirm ID. They require you to upload an ID and they openly state ion their privacy page that they share it with 3rd parties. Finally, I got a txt upselling - later checkout, which felt like a discount airline charging for every little thing.

    We were delighted with the property. It was clean, spacious (for the two couples traveling this time) and had a great view of the water. Very convenient to downtown Langley. Would be perfect for my whole family (3 couples with two children) if the third bedroom had at least a full size bed. Otherwise, perfect.
