COLLEGE HILL CLASSIC, GREAT LOCATION!

This vrbo was absolutely wonderful! Immaculate, warm, and thoughtfully well stocked. Everything was exactly as described, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. We felt comfortable right away! We had a great stay!

Our favorite part about this house was the nice patio out back- apple and pear trees and a nice conversation area with plenty of seating. I can imagine it even lovelier in the fall/winter with the fireplaces going. The beds and pillows are comfortable with plenty of linens provided. There's a good selection of shampoo, soap, body wash in the bathrooms. There are some spices and cookware, plenty of dishes. Overall it's well-appointed with most needs met. The upstairs especially was hot, even at night. However, it was unseasonably hot during the week we were there, and we knew there would be no AC. A quick drive to the coast cooled us off. The neighborhood felt safe and I would recommend this home for family, friends, or a girls' trip.

Our stay was very pleasant: the house has plenty of space perfectly designed for both talking together and separating for quiet phone calls and such. We particularly liked playing cards downstairs in the family room and casual dinners on the outdoor patio. Check-in and communication with the host was excellent and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Visited Corvallis with my family of 6 adults, and this home was perfect for us. Everything was as described, so clean, with expectations for guests defined clearly. Every space was well appointed, from the living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms with spare toiletries, kitchen with utensils, and the back patio was especially comfortable. The communication was perfect - responsive and clear, while succinct. Thank you!

We stayed at College Hill Classic for my son's graduation from OSU. The location is great, close to town and campus. The house is very large so there was plenty of room for our party of 6. The house was very clean, and the kitchen nicely stocked. The backyard is beautiful with two large gas fireplaces, covered area and large BBQ. It was a beautiful weekend so we spent most of our time outside. Totally recommend this house and hope to stay there again.

This is such a beautiful home with so much space in a great location. We had a wonderful stay while attending a conference in Corvallis. The outdoor space is fantastic and we enjoyed cooking and spending time there in the evenings. The house is so well stocked for a comfortable and easy stay. This house is in a great location for visiting OSU. It also has a very inviting covered backyard patio with two gas fireplaces.The OSU 'Beaver' den downstairs is something to see.

It was a very lovely home, with many thoughtful touches and perfect for our family. When we travel to Corvallis we will want to stay again. My brother lives out by Philomouth and nephew is in Corvallis. Thank you!

What a wonderful house for a family celebration. So many cozy places to gather around the home. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for lingering in the evening after dinner. So nice to have bathrooms on every level too. The kitchen had everything we needed including sharp knives. Bed linens and towels were so comfortable.

From reservation to checkout the hosts made our visit to explore OSU easy. The house provides wonderful gathering spaces and comfortable accommodations for all ages. We especially enjoyed the backyard space and the beaver den basement. What a treat to relax and enjoy this beautiful home.

Great location close to OSU as six of us stayed here for Extension Annual Conference. This spacious home provided each of us with our own private retreat as well as numerous rooms to gather in. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor fires and seating. The home is pleasantly appointed, clean, and well-stocked for most needs. Highly recommend!

We just returned from a wonderful weekend in Corvallis. The home was beautiful and in the perfect location. We loved the backyard fireplace and seating area and enjoyed gathering there at the end of the night. The home is an easy walk to some great restaurants and the OSU campus. We attended the football game Saturday night and it was an easy walk to/from the game from the home. Plenty of space in the home for our 2 families of 4. Susan was very responsive and understanding and went above and beyond for us. We are truly grateful! We plan to return in the future! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful space near campus.

Very clean, well kept & comfortable home. I was surprised at how big the home was and really enjoyed having space to spread out if we wanted. We barbecued twice during our stay and really loved the backyard ambiance. The host provided all the amenities you could think of. Would stay again! Thank you!

This home and property are amazing. The house is spectacular and immaculate and the owner is very responsive and welcoming. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. The outdoor patio has two gas fireplaces and was an amazing spot for my friends and I to catch up and reconnect. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This was a perfect place for our family to go back to at the end of the day and relax comfortably. The home is immaculate and incredibly spacious with enough room to spread out as well as come together. The location is very convenient as well being so close to campus. We'll be back!

This place was amazing and a perfect place while we were in town watching the Beavs play. From the spacious inside to the well maintained backyard i cannot wait to come back.

We stayed here as a large family for a celebration and football game. It was perfect. Well stocked, clean, plenty of space. The backyard was amazing. The location cannot be beat for access to Oregon State. Plus the walkability of the neighborhood was peaceful and safe. Definitely a 5 star!

This house was all we needed for a group of international researchers visiting OSU. We especially enjoyed the patio in the backyard.

This property was so prefect. We all loved the historical building that it is. The nooks and crannies of a home built years ago, but also the new upgrades that is has been given. We wished it had air conditioning very hot upstairs. Also the air conditioner in the master bedroom is leaking water onto the floor. The extra special amenities such as water, pop and beer in the refrigerator. The kitchen utensils fully stocked. This place was truly a very special home.
