This property is great for a family with kids. It is super roomy, and sleeps a lot of people. The outdoor deck was wonderful and I’m sure would be even better in cooler temperatures. The only thing that could make this house better would be to move it 300 feet and put it on the beach. ?

Would definitely stay here again! Great set up for multiple guests. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. Love the front deck!

We had a great time at the beach. The house was well kept and comfortable. Plenty of room for both adults and kids to stretch out. Kids especially loved the bunks. The beach was clean and never crowded. Not much to do around the area but beautiful Cape Sanblas was just a short drive away. Communication with owner was great.

The property was clean and well maintained. The outdoor deck was large, comfortable, and was a great place for our family to gather after a long day on the beach which is a short walk from the property.

Overall this was a nice property. We ran into intermittent issues with hot water not working. There was no hot water in the bath tub during our whole stay. We contacted the owner and she was reluctant to get a plumber until I pushed the issue. The plumber arrived and did maintenance and couldn't fix the issue as there was no way to gain access to the area of the property that was needed. All of this took way too much time and coordination on my part with the owner and we had to stay at the home to facilitate this process. This took about half a day. In addition, we ran into an issue on the last day with the washing machine, and going back and forth with the owner when I had already troubleshot this issue was frustrating. Now on to the good. This is a great property that is perfect for kids, the home is clean and very close to the beach. If you have smaller children they cannot just walk without an adult as the highway is busy and people fly on the roads. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but if you book this property you run the risk of managing issues because they don't have a local property manager overseeing this property and issues. While this was a nice property I would not book again unless this issue was changed.

We had a Thanksgiving family holiday at this property. There were 8 of us altogether - 6 adults, an 8 year old and a pre-teen. The house was perfect for us! Great porch to hang out on & just a short walk to the beach where we had a bonfire one evening, smores and all. Our trip was predominantly to spend time altogether since we were coming from different states and found no need to venture off property except for the beach. It's the perfect place to relax and recharge but if you're looking for nightlife, this probably won't be the place for you. The house was pretty well equipped but I brought a bunch of things from home just in case since we cooked Thanksgiving there. It all worked out without any issues & everyone was happy. The dining table fit well more than just the 8 of us, which, again, worked out perfectly for us, The sleeping arrangements worked well, too. One room as 2 sets of full-size bunk beds, another with a queen bed and 2 upper bunks, one room with a full-size bed and the master bedroom had a king-size bed. We were extremely comfortable the entire 4-night stay. Adrienne was quick to communicate & answer any questions I had. All in all, it's the perfect place for a family get-together!

The house is beautiful, comfy, and spacious. A block from the beach. Couldn't have been a better destination for our family vacation (with 5 kids ages 11-23).

This house is PERFECT! Our group had plenty of room to spread out, and the front porch is an amazing place to relax after a day at the beach. The property is even better than described! We will definitely be back!

Great beach house for our large family! Children of all ages loved the home and were able to spread out around the house. We all had plenty of space and all the necessary amenities! We loved the large decks, beautiful decor and overall atmosphere! Owner was great at communicating with us! Wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was so accommodating for a large group with plenty of space! It was very clean, updated & beautiful! Loved the extra (& large) outdoor living space on the covered patio! The walk to the stunning St Joe Beach is very short. Highly recommend.
