The exterior of this home boasts well-maintained and bright landscaping, as well as a two-car driveway. It boasts three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an outdoor space featuring an expansive heated pool (extra $40 per day for heating), screened patio with ample seating . Experience the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation in this tropical haven just moments away from the Gulf of Mexico's pristine beaches.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room that sets the tone for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the plush, U-shaped sofa adorned with an array of cozy throw pillows, and watch your favorite shows on the HDTV. Two chic accent chairs provide extra seating and add a touch of sophistication to the room.
Venture further into the heart of the home, where culinary delights await in the fully-equipped kitchen. Modern appliances include a dishwasher, electric range, microwave and large refrigerator.

This home boasts three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all located on the east side of the home.

Further down the bedroom hallway, you'll discover the primary suite, perfect for relaxation. This spacious bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, an end-of-bed bench, a chaise lounge chair next to a floor lamp, and a TV for unwinding in style. It also features a private bathroom with a double vanity sink, a bathtub, a separate shower, and a private toilet room. Open the sliding glass doors in the primary bedroom to access the backyard and let the outdoors in.

**All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.**

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Starter Supplies
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first 3 days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00 PM.

Pet Policy

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

    We had such a great stay! My kids (7, 7, and 2) LOVED playing in the pool for hours on end. There is a small platform in the shallower end of the pool that has about 8 inches of water that was perfect for a toddler who cannot swim yet. Check-in was easy and the property mgmt communicated promptly with any info that we needed. The beach is a short drive and there are tons of grocery stores, retail stores, and restaurants very nearby. The neighborhood felt very safe. We will definitely book again!

    Stayed for a long weekend with friends and enjoyed the property. The house was very clean and spacious. Large beds in all the bedrooms and were very comfortable. The pool and spa were great - we had them heated and the temp was perfect. We walked to the beach daily. There were a couple miscommunications with the property mgmt company but overall good experience. Would definitely stay again.

    Very unhappy with Property Manager - will not rebook with them on the next stay. We reported a broken toilet on Friday, early afternoon, it was not fixed during our stay, which ended on Monday.

    Newman Management excels in responsiveness and cooperativeness. They, like other such companies, manage properties owned by others so sometimes issues are beyond their control. That said, whenever I had an issue that I presented to management, and the issues were minor, they responded quickly and as fully to their ability as possible. Location of the property was awesome, walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, Trader Joe's and a variety of great restaurants. You won't be sorry dealing with this management team.

    We had an absolutely fantastic stay at your beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Naples Park. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and the prime location. The house's proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We loved being able to drive 4 minutes to the beach every morning for a swim and watch the sunsets in the evening. The neighborhood is vibrant yet peaceful, providing the perfect balance for a relaxing getaway. The house has great curb appeal with its well-maintained tropical landscaping and swimming pool. The interior of the house is spacious and beautifully designed. The house is ideally located close to essential amenities such as shopping centers (like Mercato), restaurants, entertainment, and parks.
