Cocoa Chateau: Sleeps up to 10, hot tub, 5 min to Hershey

Beautiful home! The host was amazing and very helpful with anything that was needed. Location was perfect for the Hersey Factory! There was plenty of parking for all of us, no complaints at all. We loved this place and will be back. Thank you.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home in Hershey. Excellent amenities including a fantastic, well-stocked kitchen, coffee options galore, superb hot tub, and more. Rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. One of the nicest properties I have stayed at. Close to everything Hershey has to offer. Hosts were communicative and helpful throughout. We were looking for a space comfortable to accommodate our family of six adults, with sufficient space to host a few guests for afternoon refreshments. The open floor plan, large dining table, spacious island, and fully equipped kitchen all worked perfectly. All furniture, furnishings and appliances are brand new, and very tasteful. Having a large well-stocked grocery store just two minutes away was also a big plus. Would highly recommend staying here, with the additional suggestion that you double check local events calendar before your arrival - Hershey can get very busy sometimes!

Absolutely gorgeous!! Best location for Hershey Park and Giant Center!! Grocery store, liquor store, restaurants 5 minutes away!! Kids loved the playground and hot tub!!! Will definitely stay again!! Oh and best coffee bar ever!!!

This is one of the best rental properties we have stayed at. The house was beautiful, immaculately clean, and a perfect size to host our extended family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids.) What set it apart from others is how well stocked it was. We cooked most meals at the house and it has literally everything we could have needed in the kitchen. The pantry with the coffee/tea bar was so nice. The backyard was perfectly set up and so much fun to spend time in. There were yard games and everything you needed for the fire pit in the shed, and plush towels for the hot tub in a closet inside the house. Our kids loved the play structure and spent so much time out there. The linens and pillows were so comfortable, I meant to look at what brand they were so I could buy them for home. Emily’s communication was great throughout the whole stay. The location was perfect, just minutes from Hershey Park and literally around the corner from a grocery store and plenty of other stores, but tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. We did not notice the train being close by at all. It wasn’t loud. My kids claimed if we ever come back to Hershey we absolutely have to stay in this house again.

Staying at cocoa chateau was incredible. The house was exactly as pictured and very, very clean. The street was quiet and the house was sound/cozy which made sleeping a breeze. There was nothing we needed. Everything was fully stocked in the kitchen, linens, bathrooms, etc. ideal charging stations on the night stands in master bedroom. Also a huge plus was the high chair and sound machines in bedrooms!! Such an added bonus. The kids loved the backyard with the swing set and firepit. Access the the grocery store and to the parks couldn’t be beat. A very central location which is great. We absolutely loved staying at your house and it surely has become a core memory for our family.

Location is perfect for Hershey and surrounding area. The house was ideal for our 3 families. Kid’s play area, hot tub, outdoor seating was great for our downtime. Hersheypark is minutes away.

My family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay during our trip to Hershey. The house was extremely comfortable for the adults and kids. All of the amenities were top notch. I especially enjoyed the full coffee bar. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect after a day at the park. Mike G

GREAT PLACE / GREAT LOCATION

Our family stayed here for a week in August. It is a beautiful home and just as listed. It is spacious, but fit our group great! It was perfectly clean and ready for our arrival. Even the playset in the backyard looked like it had been freshened up. The kitchen was so well stocked we were able to cook and prepare every meal that we wanted to at home. The home is 5-10 minutes (or less) from everything you need....groceries, shopping, entertainment, and of course Hershey! We had a slight problem, and the hosts answered within minutes and fixed our issue within the hour. I would definitely bring my family back here and would recommend to anyone!

This is a beautiful house with everything you’ll need. They thought of every detail! The location was also very convenient to the Hersey Parks and other attractions, along with stores and food. The only downfall is the check-out time of 10am. Most rentals are until 11am or noon, it was difficult to get out at 10am with 5 kids. Besides that it was perfect!!!

The cocoa chateau is beautiful and relaxing. I wish I lived here. The house is spotless and there was nothing I needed. It even had sound machines for my littles. I am definitely booking for our Hershey trip next year.

The property was kept clean and if younger children are part of your family they would enjoy the swing set and the outdoor games. As for the adults they might enjoy the hot spar. The trains were not too noise as most of them ran during the day. We enjoyed Hershey Park, Choo Choo Barn in Strasburg, PA. and Indian Echo Cavariens. Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Cocoa Chateau.

The pics clearly outline a beautiful property. They still dont do it justice. This property is amazing and my family loved it. Also, location, location, location. I knew it was close to the Hershey attractions, but it really enabled a different dynamic when it comes to visiting them. Easy in, easy out, and SUPER close to restaurants/groceries. And the property itself is just immaculate with plenty of things to do to entertain. This truly felt like home away from home. Would absolutely recommend.
