Coastline Views just steps from the Ocean with A/C

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 - two families with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The outdoor living space was lovely for everyone to spread out and relax. The teens figured out adequate sleeping arrangements between the 3rd bedroom, living space with 'doors' that could be pulled closed and the sofa/sofa bed upstairs. The location is ideal and very nice to be slightly off Ali'i drive. The property manager, Heidi, was easy to communicate with. We were definitely stay here again!

Heidi the property manager was quick to respond when we had problems with the leaking roof and soaked bed. She did everything she could to make our stay a great experience even though one of the bedrooms/beds was unusable and our son & daughter-in-law had to move the mattress to the living room to sleep. Heidi also worked hard to get us a refund.

The house was clean and well stocked. The outside lighting was abundant. Loved the separate suite. We did ask if there was a pack n play or stroller at the house and were told no, later to find both in the laundry room. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a central location for a larger group to stay.

Loved the Ocean views, sounds of waves crashing. View deck was perfect for enjoying morning with coffee!

We stayed in Jun '24, and the ACs were strong enough to keep us cool. We made use of the outdoor grille a lot. The host left plenty of towels for bathing and swimming.The house is one house away from the rocky coastline. It's beautiful, but you can't really swim there. Note that, AFAIK, most of the Big Island's coast is rocky and swimming is not recommended. I would definitely rent again under similar conditions.

Location is great, place is clean, layout was perfect for our family. Me and my wife took the cabana, (separate quarters with A/C and bathroom) two couples upstairs and my daughter on the ground floor of the main house. Look out great for morning coffee. We used the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and snorkels during the day. Oh and the beds were very, very comfortable. Great stay - thank you, we will be back!

This property is perfect for family staying together. The master suite is right next to the main house. Property is clean, tidy and comfortable. Perfect for six adults, although, it can easily accommodate eight. I loved that you can hear the ocean, you can see it too. The property is not on the beach, but you can see it from areas of the house. If you want to be on the beach, this is not the area. However, it is an island, so you can easily get to the beach in five minutes. Keep in mind when booking anywhere there are fees, taxes, cleaning deposits in addition to your nightly stay. This is standard when booking vacation property. Our concierge was a tremendous asset and helpful with questions. By the way instacart delivers to this area, which is terrific! Beautiful stay, we enjoyed our time, appreciated the amenities, beds and bedding were comfortable, everything we needed was there. Being able to do our laundry was a life saver! This property will get you as close to the ocean for a great price!
