This is a custom-built personal home that was built in the late 90’s. It has 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths. Bed space: one king, 2 queens, and one futon, and a couch.
There are 2 sun-decks upstairs, large front porch, screened in back porch with sun deck. Spectacular views from every angle of the house. The beach is a about a 200 foot walk.
There is a washer and dryer, 2 cable TVs and Wi-fi.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and china.

Stayed May 3, 2025Coasting was a lovely home right on the marsh and across the street from the beach with easy access. It was quite comfortable with a lived-in feel. Since we had our dog, we wished there had been more area to walk him since there are restrictions on the times a dog can be on the beach. We also love to cook, so some improvements to the kitchen and utensils would be appreciated. All in all it was a lovely visit.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025This house was excellent. The front views had the beach the back of views have the inlet and marsh.It’s the perfect spot to be for a beach vacation! The house was big and had a good historical feel about it a lot of history on the walls, which was cool! We look forward to renting this property again!!

Stayed Oct 9, 2024Our family of 6 adults and 2 pugs absolutely loved staying in this home. This truly felt like a home, not a vacation rental. The views are fantastic. This home is so comfortable. The owner is so kind. We will definitely be back for another vacation in Folly Beach.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024Amazing location, views, and sunsets. The house is warm and inviting- super cozy and charming. There are 3 true beds and one futon that is in the primary bedroom. The house is perfect for 3 couples and we were one couple with 3 kids so the sleeping space wasn’t ideal for our family. However, the outside decks and main living areas were great. John was a responsive host. The main level AC wasn’t working when we got there and he had temporary AC units placed in the bedrooms the next day!

Stayed Jun 9, 2024We really enjoyed the views of the marsh and the ocean. Our hosts were there to greet us on arrival and were very friendly. We would try to stay here again next time we come to Folly Beach.
