Absolutely loved our stay. The house was everything and more than the photos show. Spacious, really warm, tastefully decorated throughout in a retro 70’s style which I loved. Fantastic smart TV which was really straightforward to log into along with games in the cupboards. As a proper holiday let it is not lived in, so you really felt the place was yours rather than having masses of stuff stashed away in locked cupboards. Loved the conservatory to gaze out into the garden and then the walk along the river into Rye Harbour and out of the sea right on your doorstep just great. Easy access & parking outside . Perfect in every way.
