Coastal townhome with modern fixtures, balcony, & AC - pool & gym access

Loved the community, besides the pool rules…you only can buy their own alcohol and they shut down at 7…which is a bummer as we love to go to the pool after the beach.

Beautiful home for our family 4 adults & 4 kids, very private bedrooms, nice beach area, everyone was very attentive, will definitely come back, the only thing I would suggest is more sofa space, but not complaining.

The first night we were in the house we discovered that half of the bathrooms had empty soap bottles in the holders, there were piles of sand in a couple of the rooms and several doors/lights that didn't work. The next morning we called Vacasa about the issues and were told that someone would come address them. No one did. I called the next day and was told I would be given credit for the non-responsiveness; surprise, the credit was never issued. The house itself is clearly a rental unit, the rugs are stained and dirty as are many of the couches and chairs. Management definitely dropped the ball.

Upon arrival, the home is beautiful. The furniture on the second level is a little bulky and too big for the space, but still comfy. We noticed everything was labeled to count, not a big deal, but weve never had that before. For a property that has everything labeled, we were disguised when we pulled up the sheets at check out to find a mattress protector that had urine, blood, and/or other fluid stains. We won't be staying at this unit again. I hope the owners read and work with Vacasa on improving the space.

This place was amazing! Decorated to the top! It has everything that you could possibly need! Pools were awesome!

The location on the golf course. Sunset views. Having coffee in the mornings on the deck and watching the golfers tee off and putt on the greens. Cancer four tee boxes and four greens from upper deck. Close to pool. Everything you could need is available in condo.

We have stayed at this home 2 years in a row and will again next year. Perfect for our family and beds are comfortable! Great location too

This was the best family vacation we had in a very long time. The house was set up so well and comfortably! We used every room and every bed in the house, and never felt crammed in or lacking space, even with adults, kids, toddlers and babies. It is also located in a great spot where it's an easy walk across the street to the pool, or a quick 10 min walk to the beach! We will definitely return to this house in the future!

Long weekend here with another family. Townhome itself is nice (few issues noted below), though it’s in the back of the community (no nice views, longer to the beach, etc.). Main issue was poor communication from Vacasa, which provided us late or incorrect information consistently. Not sure if it’s bc we booked through VRBO, and maybe better booking through Vacasa or La Palmilla itself, but I had no response to two messages on details surrounding the rental prior to our arrival. Finally called and spoke to someone who clearly wasn’t familiar with the unit AND gave us incorrect information on almost all fronts (we asked about towels, soap, coffee etc—the unit has all these things but we were told to bring it all). We tried to get info on the access bands for the property (to pool etc.), and there was nothing in the instructions in the app, and again no response via text or app message. Finally called front desk of the property. Checkout asks you strip the bed, which is always an annoying step. The only time anyone at Vacasa got back to us via message was when we asked for checkout an hour later. Got an immediate “no”—which they reiterated just as quickly when I pointed out the calendar didn’t have anyone else checking in for 3 days. Vacasa clearly didn’t prioritize guest experience. Unit missing a wine key and scissors, but otherwise well stocked. It has a mosquito infestation in the garage—understand area is bad generally, but this was a swarm that affected quality of stay.

This place is amazing!! The food, and drinks at the facility are great. We will be back next year.

This was a clean, nicely appointed, spacious condo! We loved it here and shared the condo with another family with friends and the kids had a great time in the kid space/bunk room area. The beds were VERY comfortable! Great location too!

We loved the location next to the golf course and heated pool. The floor plan worked well for our family of three couples and one toddler. Unfortunately, the house was low on supplies like trash bags, no laundry detergent and paper towels. We stayed for 2.5 days. All other instructions and amenities as described.
