Built in 2015 to take advantage of the views of Middleton beach and the surrounding bush, this 4-bedroom single-story contemporary home is designed for beach holiday enjoyment. It has four decks (perfect for finding the perfect spot for the weather conditions), a coastal fully enclosed backyard, sliding doors and a stylish interior. The home is one street back from the beach and it takes only 3 mins to walk.
>This pavilion-style beach house is large and spacious and has a beautiful open coastal feel. There are views of the sea and you can hear the waves crashing whilst sitting on the beautiful deck surrounding almost the whole house. There are loads of windows that allow light to stream in throughout the day. Sitting on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee, listening to the waves and enjoying the quiet serenity is a favourite thing to do at the house. You can also enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the four decks.

With its four bedrooms, the property sleeps 10 people. There are two bathrooms (main bedroom with ensuite) and three toilets. There is a separate bath in the main bathroom.

The bedding configuration is as follows:
• Bedroom 1: King (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: Queen (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3: Queen (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed (bottom bunk 2 Adults and top bunk 2 Children, Sleeps 4)

Please note that the property sleeps up to 8 adults only (the top queen bunk bed is not suitable for adults).

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

For the cooler nights, the ducted heating system is excellent and for those wintery days, there is a beautiful combustion stove to enjoy. For warmer days, there is a ducted reverse cycle AC system in the main living area, plus ceiling fans in three bedrooms plus a portable fan.

For relaxation and enjoyment, there are two big-screen TVs, NBN WiFi, free Netflix, a DVD player and assorted books. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, coffee pod machine, oven and cooktop.

Outside, there is an outdoor setting plus a coffee set. There is a gas BBQ on one of the decks. Under the house, there is a double carport with a table tennis table. In the backyard, there is some play equipment for small children.

The yard has loads of grass for dogs and kids to enjoy. The yard is fully fenced. At its lowest point, the timber and wire fence is 1M high. Your well-behaved pets are welcome inside. There is a cat/doggy door that can be placed in the sliding door. Pets can get in under house but they cannot get through to other side so they won’t be able to get out of the property.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

Extra Guests
You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
