Coastal Style in the City - Close to Everything!

Overall a wonderful VRBO rental. Clean, comfortable, stylish with attention to detail. It's within walking distance to many Grandview restaurants and shops. The only concern may be for light sleepers in the master basement bedroom as sound traveled more than expected from the main floor and the back yard amenities are not private; they are shared with adjacent renters. We enjoyed staying in this delightful place.

The home was beautifully located, close to our Columbus family and an easy drive to places like the East Market and Franklin Park. We were all comfortable. The hosts provided those extra touches that make a stay pleasantly memorable, and we are very appreciative!

Girls weekend getaway. This property is located in the heart of the restaurant scene. Great places to eat and drink--many with outdoor patios. The place was very clean and comfortable. The backyard has a sauna and ideal spot for cocktails and conversation. You will love it!

The house was very nice and clean. The space was perfect. The comfort of our beds are always important to us anywhere we go and in this house we hit the jack pot. We stayed 4 nights and slept amazing every night. The location was a plus being so close to everything. You wouldn't have to go far for food or items. I do think that having tissue boxes in the bathrooms would add a nice touch and will be beneficial.

Exceeded expectations! Great supplies, plenty of flatware and dishes. Towels and bedding were clean and comfy. The three year old grandson loved the soft carpeting to the lower level. Laundry room is nice and airy, easy and efficiently laid out. The host answered all emails quickly. Great neighborhood in easy walking distance. We enjoyed several retail establishments from restaurants to take away to Johnson's Ice Cream!

Our stay was great from the first communication to an easy checkout. We were in close proximity to the hospital and had everything we needed.

Very cozy house with modern amenities. Coffee machine was a hit! Garage was a bonus perk. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

My family travelled from Chicago to attend the OSU/UCLA game. We hadn't been to Columbus in years and were amazed at how much the city has changed. We chose to stay in Grandview Heights because of it's proximity to campus, but the area is much more than just close by. It is filled with restaurants, safe and is very walkable. The house is welcoming from the moment you pull up. They have gas lamps on the exterior that give it a warm/cozy vibe. We parked on the street right in front with no problem. The house layout was perfect for my family. There is a first floor sitting room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs for my sons and a bedroom/bath downstairs which my husband and I stayed in. There is also a laundry room in the lower level. The showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. TVs in every bedroom and other small touches that made our stay comfortable like battery operated candles, and complementary popcorn. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Columbus. GO BUCKS!

Three of us stayed for our annual holiday weekend. The property worked very well- we had room to relax and all had our own bedrooms. The kitchen was nice for breakfast and appetizers. The location is in a nice area of Columbus and conveniently located. We hard no problem getting street parking - our vehicles were too large for the garage. The property owners had wonderful communication. We had an easy check in. All three of us commented how simple check out was also. The house was very clean and comfortable. Great hosts !

Absolutely everything was exactly as described in the listing and we could not have been happier with our stay! Immaculately clean, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities to make us feel relaxed and at home. Staying here will definitely be part of our tradition when we visit Columbus in the years to come!

The location was excellent, tried a great restaurant only 2 minutes from this location. We were in town for one night only but wished we had stayed longer! The apartment was spotless, decorated with class, everything was so well thought out. We loved it!

My family took a girls trip for a concert and booked this place. It was literally perfect for us! The house was very clean and up to date. The beds were the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home. The location was perfect as well. We were able to just walk down the road for dinner. It was a very nice location. If we go back to this area I would book this house again!

Absolutely loved this little home! It was perfect for what I needed. It was very clean, bright and cozy. The kitchen is well curated and stocked with the basics. Coffee, sugar, olive oil, popcorn. ;) The location is central to everything in the city...and a short walk to several fabulous restaurants, coffee shop and Jeni's Ice Cream. I didn't walk because it was January and frigid. On warmer days it's a fun stroll down Fifth Ave. The owners were great to work with! It was a wonderful trip to Cbus!

Rental was very clean and as advertised. It's a great location if you need access to the hospital.There were sheets left in the dryer, which wasn't a big deal, but did seem a bit odd. The floors do squeak, so if you sleep in the basement bedroom and people are walking upstairs, it could be difficult to sleep. One of the adjacent properties were loud overnight (not a party, more cleaning noises at midnight).Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice accommodations!

The property was as advertised. It was super clean and space was organized upon arrival. The location of the property is very close the many eateries and shops to occupy your time for hours. It also didn't hurt being right next to a CVS for things you may have forgotten. I would love to stay here each time we travel to Columbus.

Stayed here while working an Ag Show in London, OH. Location made for an easy drive each day. When we got back everything we needed was in walking distance. Despite being in a busy area it was very quiet and relaxing.

The location of the house was amazing with convenient street parking + garage. The house was well kept and clean with a nice shared backyard. The host was easily reachable when we had a small issue and followed up once it was resolved. 10/10 would stay again if I ever head back to Columbus.
