This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing. You have the perfect set up if you want to hang at the pool all day while cooking. You can also enjoy the AC if your looking for a movie day. Its close enough to all the shops but far enough out where you don't have to deal with all the traffic. This is our second year here and look forward to many more.

    Enjoyed our 2nd stay in Port A! Great location to restaurants and short ride to the beach. Pool area is very inviting to swim and grill out. The management company was super helpful for any of our concerns. We would definitely stay again!

    Great home to vacation at. It’s in an ideal location. The backyard is key to this place. Has covered pool deck with plenty of outlets and shade. The entire property was fantastic and the group loved it. I will warn you, a home is being built next door so at times it can become loud or uncomfortable. Construction workers staring into the backyard as u swim, which new homeowners or guest will be able to do the same. The backyard will have no privacy in the next few months.

    Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was roomy and comfortable. Some minor things needing repaired like flooring and kitchen drawers. Could have been a smidge cleaner but it was about what you expect from a rental. Major downfall was the dog poo left in the yard and scooper from previous visitors. The enclosed yard was the deciding factor we had chosen this rental, but was not keen on having to pick up from another guest's dog in order to enjoy it. Messaged the rental company the first night about how to operate the pool lights. They replied timely stating there were no lights in the pool, although we could see the lights in the pool. I responded to their reply raising my concern with the dog poo issue, and never received a reply at all.

    My family of four stayed at this location for three nights in July. It was child friendly, safe, super clean! The pool was maintained very nicely, and provided the perfect setting to make lots of family memories. Highly recommend!

    We enjoyed the house. Having a pool to come back to after a day at the beach was fabulous for everyone. It was very quiet neighborhood. Being able to rent the golf cart was wonderful
