Coastal Paradise! Stunning Water Views, Steps From Beach, Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Everything we needed was readily available, the space was perfect for groups, and the location is lovely too! Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect place and location for a 40th birthday gathering with multiple families. Listing was accurate and check-in process very simple. The property had ample parking and all bedrooms on first and third floors away from living and dining areas was ideal. I would highly recommend this property to anyone hosting a large gathering and would like to be in a quiet location near the ocean.

I rented this place to host a celebration for my wife's 40th birthday and it was perfect. Pretty much every detail of this property is set up to host a large gathering. The two large decks have plenty of seating and offer a nice view of the ocean. There is a large dining table with plenty of seating and a truly massive kitchen island with a bunch of stools. The outdoor grill was clean and had plenty of propane, the shed is stocked with firewood and Beach supplies. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and there is plenty of pots, pans, silverware... you name it in the kitchen. The beach is a short 10-minute walk away and the driveway is truly gigantic. The host was also great about making sure I had everything I needed and and was prompt in all communications. I would certainly rent this place again and recommend it to a friend.

Great house, great location! Perfect fit for our family of 11. This house is absolutely as described. Clean, well stocked kitchen, bathroom, cleaning supplies, bath and beach towels. Our host Nick, could not have been more accommodating. He was quick to respond and remedy a few questions we had. I would not hesitate to rent this place again!!!

The property was perfect for our family of 16 - the 2nd floor kitchen, living area and outdoor deck were ideal for a group of our size. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware, plates, glassware, cutlery,etc. The 3rd floor living area and outdoor deck also provided some separate ‘adult’ space when needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated each family (4) as well as the back yard space. There were plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, etc. available in the shed.Nick was very responsive to any questions/issues so overall, a wonderful family vacation.Ann & Scott

The house was even more beautiful than advertised and the owner made everything so seamless. The owner even provided a contact for a private chef that took our stay to the next level. 10 for 10 would recommend.

The house was absolutely amazing- even better than the pictures! It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities to host a large gathering (everyone raved about the kitchen)! The two decks had plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors and admire the beautiful view. Will definitely book again!

Our group of 16 had the perfect stay at Nick's property! The house was clean, updated, had plenty of space for our group, was located in a great neighborhood, and had everything we needed. Perfect location close to downtown Newport but in a quiet neighborhood. Nick was so helpful and responsive throughout the process. I've already recommended his place to three other people!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and an outdoor shower. We loved the layout and all the amenities. This lovely home has plenty of space for guests to spread out and come together for meals, games and fireside chats. Please note, there is no hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return for another visit. The house is fairly new, so the furniture was in great condition. My wife kept saying how well stocked the kitchen was with paper towels and all necessary items. A wonderful collection of dishes, glasses, utensils and any item you could think of for a kitchen. The island is massive and holds plenty of people and getting around the kitchen even with a crowd was a breeze. The two decks were also very large with the capacity for large family gatherings and a great place to read, have cocktails and enjoy the sunset. Can't say enough about the place, we were extremely happy.
