Stayed Sep 3, 2022Wonderful and easy rental. An iron would have been nice. Also think 10 am departure was a little early but could not reach anyone to have an hour late check out. Beautiful place

Stayed Jul 9, 2025Excellent.This beach rental was better than expected!The kitchen was well-appointed, making meal preparation easy.The townhouse was immaculate, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring restful sleep.This townhouse was perfect for two adults and three teenagers.This location is highly recommended and hopefully we will be visiting again.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023My husband and I really had a great week staying here. I was so worried with rain in the forecast all week, but the days turned out sunny and we enjoyed our week together. The place was exactly as described. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes...not bad at all. The place was decorated so nice inside and outside. Loved the porch swing downstairs and the wonderful deck chairs on each of the 4 decks. We had everything we needed. Being so close to the bridge made grocery shopping and eating out so convenient. Love Holden Beach and the family atmosphere and quietness. Thank you for a great stay!

Very close to the beach (less than 10 minute walk with easy access), easy access to restaurants, bike rentals, and grocery store. Stayed with a few of my friends and we had a great stay! Highly recommend for a girls trip!

Stayed Jul 12, 2022This house was okay. The location was great and the house has recently been remodeled. The downstairs area has nice string lights and the front porches offer glimpses of the ocean in-between the houses across the street. The rooms all have Roku TVs, the water pressure is very good, and the back screened-in porch was also very nice. All that being said, the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The floors were nasty, the couch was stained and dirty, and the bed spreads did not appear to have been washed recently. We saw a roach under the kitchen sink, the kitchen was poorly equipped, and a couple of the pans had burned on food. There was also hair everywhere left over from the last guest. This house could be great if it were cleaned properly.
