Stayed Sep 14, 2025Great location for hitting the Rhode Island Beaches. I recommend taking the short drive to East Matunuck, even though Charlestown Beach is closer. The house was immaculately clean and the host was very responsive. Breezeway Grill was pretty good for staying local for dinner.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Nice neighborhood that felt residential, so it was quiet. Great location and proximity to beaches, RT 1 and trails. Good open floor plan kitchen/ living room for visiting. A beach pass would have been a plus, but it was actually too hot for beaches until after 5pm, so it worked out fine.

The house was spotless, well-stocked, and tastefully decorated with a relaxed beachy vibe that made us feel instantly at home.The location was ideal—just a short drive to the beach and close to great local restaurants, shops, and attractions. We especially loved spending mornings on the deck with coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, and the beds were super comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from extra towels and beach gear to games and books for downtime.The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable coastal escape!

Stayed May 15, 2025My family and I spent a wonderfully comfortable weekend at this home for my daughter's wedding. The house is fully updated with modern amenities, providing a great atmosphere for our stay. The spacious kitchen offers ample room for food preparation and family gatherings. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it is just a four-minute drive to the beach, where we enjoyed a lovely early morning walk on the day of the wedding.
