Coastal home with deck, screened porch, central AC, & washer&dryer - near beach

First I want to start off by saying we had an amazing time here. During our stay we did encounter a couple issues with the home. Down in basement, I parked my very very expensive sports car in the garage. One of our adult guest were showering in the room by the kitchen (the one with its separate full bath) and I went to turn over my laundry down in basement and heard what sounded like a facet running down there so I went and checked it out. The ceiling in the basement is bowed and it’s literally going to give and cave in at any given moment from water damage that clearly has not been properly maintained and fixed (right where I thought my care was in the safest place it could be) now with this being said my grandkids were down there playing the games and the beach toys and I had no clue that this was even an issue until halfway through our stay. This will eventually cave in on someone’s car or possibly somebody if not given The attention IT SO BADLY NEEDS. The kitchen needs majorly organized as there is many pots with no lids lids with no matching pot and cups are cloudy and dirty looking. The deck on front have many bad and worped pieces with rusty nails sticking up and waiting to cut open a child or possibly you!

Great location, very clean.

Only one block from the beach. Very quiet & private parcel. Lots of bedding supplies. Nice selection of beach toys and umbrellas. One of the nicest homes we have stayed at. Will book again for sure. The twin room was missing a roku to watch tv but no biggie to us.
