With a strong coastal vibe, this 6 bed/ 6 bath vacation home balances comfort and fun. The top floor features an open concept floorplan with beautiful vaulted ceilings and lots of sunshine. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef of your family to whip up delicious meals for your stay, which can be enjoyed together in the dining area. The living area is a comfortable place to watch movies in the evening, or read a book in the mornings while enjoying beautiful ocean views from the windows. There is also a king bedroom on this floor with a private ensuite bath.



On the second level, there are 4 bedrooms, with options for guests of all ages. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and private ensuite baths. Another bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with the hallway. The fourth bedroom features bunk beds. On the lower level is an additional bedroom coming soon. It is adjacent to the rec room that includes arcade games, flat screen TV, and more!



Step outside and enjoy the dip in the sparkling private pool. An outdoor shower makes rinsing sand off a breeze, ensuring the home is comfortably sand free for your stay. In the evening, light up the BBQ grill and enjoy the meal with family.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

The town of Duck is a popular Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, shops, and restaurants make for a pleasant and friendly town, perfect for a relaxing OBX vacation.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
