The house was just as described and pictured! Everything was extremely neat and clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was adorable inside and out AND in an amazing location. We were 3-10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. We loved this house and would stay again!

This is a nice house 3 blocks east of TX 35. Easy to get to. No views of water, but a solid place to stay. Fan in master bedroom makes a loud chirping noise, like a bird is stuck in your room, about every 1-2 minutes. So, I could not sleep w/ the fan on. Would stay again for fishing only.

Nice oak trees on this property. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This was my second Time to stay at this property in a month. I was there with a friend in October. I loved the house so much I booked it for this past few days. I love everything about the house. The kitchen is so big and electric plugs everywhere. Even under the sink. I had problems with WiFi at first. The issue was resolved. I recommend this house for a truly clean experience.

Super cute, relatively close to everything, great floor! I loved the fenced backyard

Very spacious

Our stay was not the best here unfortunately. Floors were sandy and there were cobwebs on the baseboards/corners of counters. There were two roaches in the kitchen. Several lights did not work. Remote for bedroom fan/light did not work. Beds were very stiff and sheets were scratchy. A/C wouldn't go below 72 which made it very uncomfortable at night. We were not made aware that late checkout had a cut-off time so therefore we were unable to extend our stay after having trouble getting into the house the first night.

The house is decorated nicely. Mattresses were comfortable. Towels were nice. Not far from HEB and Rockport Beach.

This home was great. Everything was clean, comfortable, it had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet so we were able to relax. We will be back!

My husband and I loved our week there, even with the tropical storm that came through on Wednesday, Rock Port had some flooding, but everything was getting back to normal on Thursday, and we had 2 great days at the beach. We will definitely be coming back for a visit and looking forward to staying at this vacation home again ??️??. We loved this house ? it was perfect from the front to the backyard, loved, loved, loved it we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for such a great house!!!!
