Stayed Jul 26, 2025The property wasn't cleaned properly. Pet fur/hair was everywhere. Refrigerator wasn't working properly and putrid water was left for us to clean. They masked it with airfresheners. We had to wash kids bedding ourselves it had chips and hair in it. There were little things that wasn't right but all in all the property needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance before putting back on market. Pros: It had nice location to few beaches and boardwalk was enjoyable for the family.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025The spacious fenced in yard, big patio, and large open indoor spaces were perfect for our small family and two dogs. We will gladly return to this cozy spot.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025House was overall good and as expected from the description. It was in a good locations with only a few blocks from the main part of town that was easily walkable. I am in construction so I noticed a few minor things around the house that are in need of repairs, but nothing major that would cause me not to stay at the house in the future.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024We had an extremely enjoyable stay. The house was very well appointed, clean and organized. There was a welcome board and refreshment basket awaiting us when we arrived. The fenced in backyard was great for our kids! Beds were comfortable, location was great, and we plan on returning. It really felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much! ?

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The inside of the house was beautiful. It was fully equipped with everything you could think of. It was a short drive to the beach and other attractions. I will book again. I had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Koi House was the perfect stay for our bachelorette weekend! Walkable to the beach & boardwalk, plenty of sleeping space, great parking. The house has the cutest aesthetic, we all loved the deck and outdoor surfboard shower. Note; the air outside is THICK with flies/mosquitos (unavoidable in coastal NC) so be sure to pack bug spray.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024We loved our stay at the Koi House! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Your home is beautiful and was just right for our group of 8! We enjoyed eating a couple of meals in, playing cards, and just relaxing after our days at the beach. We hope to return soon!
