This beach home is so beautiful. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were high quality. It was great having an ice machine and beach towels. The AC worked great. The kitchen is so well appointed. They have everything you need and more. We want to order some pots and pans like they have. It was just so organized and everything is labeled in the home. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend this home.

This second year we have stayed at Coastal Happy Ours. This place is immaculate, and we will continue to be our place to stay.

The owners left personalized touches like beach toys, notes, and plenty of kitchen gadgets. The ice machine in the garage was the best I’ve seen. Also, the house is beautiful. Only drawback were the very narrow streets in Palmilla Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Happy Ours house! It was perfect for two sets of grandparents and two couples with three children ages 6 to 1 years. The house was two stories with one master bedroom on the first floor with the kitchen and living area. This was nice for one of the grandparents with bad knees. There was a garage with lots of beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, two bikes for riding, and an ice machine (ice machine was used every day and a wonderful amenity). The 2nd floor had the 2nd master bedroom (with huge closet that doubled as the room for the one year old to sleep in), small living area with bunk room off of it, and bathroom for the bunk room, two other bedrooms with bathrooms and queen beds. Great patios upstairs and downstairs. We used the grill on the downstairs patio almost every night. Thank you for a wonderful house that was perfect for our family vacation! The

This house was perfect for our group of 9 adults, 3 toddlers and 1 infant. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The house decor was great.

Large, spacious, well-appointed, beautifully decorated home at Palmilla Beach Resort. Large, fully-equipped kitchen with premium appliances. Spacious, luxurious bathrooms. Good array of beach toys, bikes, etc. in the garage for fun. Owners have thought of every detail to make a great stay. Great accommodations for a big family vacation. We never left Palmilla Beach Resort area. Walking distance to beach, access to on-site pools w/ bar, restaurant, fitness center, and golf. Recommend renting golf cart to get around. Early Oct was a great time to go - still warm enough to enjoy the beach & pools with no peak-season crowds. We plan to make coming here a family tradition, you will not be disappointed.

My family and I travel to Palmilla frequently and stay in different rentals each time. Costal Happy Ours was the BEST ONE YET!! The right number of beds, baths and wonderful in home amenities made this the perfect retreat for two families with 5 pre-teen/teenage children between them, along with 5 adults. The kitchen is fabulously equipped and allowed us to cook to our hearts delight! The patio space was absolutely lovely and made clean up after the beach a breeze. We are looking forward to booking this home again very soon!

187 Stargrass was wonderful! We had a group of 6 girls and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could think of. A great location in beautiful, peaceful Palmilla. Elane has the home decorated with fun flare. The courtyard seating was condusive to great conversation and lots of laughs for us. The beach was pristine and the water refreshing. There is really no need to ever leave the property as there is a great restaurant and market. I highly recommend!

The home’s open concept is perfect for a large family! The home is beautifully decorated & well organized! We felt so welcomed from the moment we stepped foot in the house. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was great. The layout was perfect for our group. The house was nice, clean, and well-located. Really appreciated the variety of amenities and welcome gift! The only thing preventing a 5-star was that the ice machine did not work the entire time (one of the amenities we planned to use the most given the need for ice for the beach coolers every day). I contacted Vacasa on day one and followed up throughout the week, but they never fixed it or provided any sort of estimate for when it'd be fixed.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at this lovely home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and organized the space was. The owners truly thought of everything, making our stay seamless with thoughtful touches and clear labeling throughout the property. There was plenty of room for our family, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the pools and the beach, making it ideal for our celebratory getaway. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Been going to Port A for many years. This is by far the best home I have stayed in Very well equipped. Definitely will be coming back

I loved the beautiful decorating ! Very pretty colors And ambiance. The place is suited for 4 children and 8 adults . We had 7 children and 5 adults which meant some of the kids had to sleep in their parents bedroom . We went and bought blowup beds . There is lots of room in the two master bedrooms for crib , blowup beds . All in all , we made it work and had a wonderful time !

This home was beautiful. The owners really put a lot of thought and effort into their furnishings, kitchen supplies, recreation and comfort for their guests. They thought of everything. Lots of labels helped us to navigate around and find things. Comfortable beds and linens. Beautiful decor. A bathroom for each bedroom. They even allowed us to use the garage and their bicycles, corn hole game, fishing poles, floats and other things. It was clean and beautiful. Loved the location to the pools and beach. The courtyard even had beautiful furniture and a gas grill. We will definitely be back! Loved the pools and the Pamilla Resort as well!

We loved this house it was very clean and it had everything you needed.

We’ve stayed in five or six different houses over the years in Palmilla and this was our favorite one. I cannot emphasize how nice it was to have the main living area on the ground floor. Also, the ground level bedroom allowed the family members with really young children that wake up early to have the run of the house without bothering the teenagers upstairs. The house was well stocked, and everything was thought out very nicely. My husband particularly liked the bikes!

This home is beautiful. It's like walking into a photo shoot for Coastal Living magazine. Everything was perfect for our group of 10 - Comfortable bedrooms, each having it's own bathroom. Wonderful indoor and outdoor living areas with a perfectly outfitted, well organized kitchen. The community amenities are amazing. This is THE premier place to stay at the Texas Coast!
