Fort Pierce / Hutchinson Island South is one of the last areas of the South Florida coastal area to be built up. It is a quiet and laid back area. No commercial businesses are allowed on the island. This ranch style house is in walking distance to the beaches and the restaurant area of Fort Pierce inlet. Fort Pierce is known as a fishing village. If you are looking for a true getaway this is the perfect spot! The house is located less than 2 hours from Orlando Florida and Cape Canaveral.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025This is a great place to stay. The home is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable, extended stay. The only thing we had to do was go to the grocery store. The beds are fairly comfortable and it is in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very quick about answering any questions. We would stay here again if we decide to vacation in the same area.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025This was a very cute and clean home in the heart of Hutchison Island. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. The home had everything we needed for cooking at home and chairs, umbrellas, etc for the beach! They even had 2 bicycles in the garage we could use to ride around the island. We would definitely book here again!

Stayed Oct 31, 2024Our children and grandchildren stayed here while in Ft Pierce for our 50th anniversary celebration. It was absolutely perfect for us! Our family had a place to comfortably spend time together; the yard was a god send for the younger grands to burn of energy. Stayed Jul 24, 2023Check in was a breeze and the property was spotless upon arrival. Amenities were all you would ever hope for in a rental property, and then some. Neighborhood was quiet and in a great location, within 10 minutes from restaurants, activities, or grocery. 10/10 would stay again!
