Stayed Dec 24, 2025We loved having the horses and cows look at us when we came and went and they were quiet and peaceful to be around. Very quiet and dark place to get a good nights sleep and we will stay here again.

Stayed Dec 19, 2025What a great place!! More than we could imagine! Very kind hosts and wonderful property and views! Celebrated an early Christmas with our 95 year old dad and our girls, his granddaughters! Very special weekend. This place was very welcoming and decorated in the Christmas holiday!! We absolutely loved it and look forward to coming back!!

Stayed Nov 14, 2025My husband and I stayed at the Coastal Equine Ranch Retreat while we visited our son who is a student at CalPoly and had a wonderful stay. We had our dog with us and loved that the place is dog-friendly. Courtney was really easy to communicate with and responded very promptly. The place is exactly as it is listed and was very clean. The only bummer about our stay was that it was raining, so we couldn't really enjoy the backyard or walk around much to see the horses. Otherwise, everything was great. The location is the best too - super convenient to everything from downtown, Target, campus and great trails to run/hike. We would definitely stay here again!
