Stayed Jul 6, 2025It was a wonderful experience we loved the house. We had enough room for my family and my sisters family. The beach was so nice we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves!! The amenities of the house allowed us to enjoy the beach and not have to worry about packing so much. We loved the pool it was very clean and lots of chairs. We can’t wait to come back to port st Joe!!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Most VRBO/Rentals lead you to believe they have more to offer than they really do. The kitchen was full of essentials and more. Everything was super clean. What a breeze it was to not have to bring with us chairs for the beach, a cooler, a tent, having that all provided saves space in our car and a headache of packing and remembering. Great place! We will for sure be back!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025A group of 12 of us stayed for 4 nights. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was in a great location and the beach and pool were very easy to access. Ted was very responsive whenever I messaged him with any comments or questions. I wish we had stayed longer! Thank you for everything Ted and Kim!
