Stayed Apr 18, 2021The lack of cleanliness was disappointing. Furniture not as described. Only for coffee mugs in the cupboard. Work was being done behind the patio so our parking spaces were not available. Back gate was open and concrete slabs were cracked and crumbled. I alerted Rosemary beach rentals Sunday evening and showed them some of the pictures of the dirt etc. I was not contacted. The next day electricity was out due to all of the work behind us. Electrician said it would be the next day. Received a note from RV rentals as to several hours of i an outage and someone from the rental company came to the house. They offered another rental and took us there. The other home was very well appointed and met our needs. They also brought a basket of items to help ease the issue a bit. That was appreciated. I was given a refund for the cleaning fee and a few other taxes etc. Not at all what should have been refunded to us however considering having to be moved and deal with the uncleanliness to begin with.
