Coastal Chic Home near New Belgium & Old Town FC

Loved this home while staying in Fort Collins. It’s close to downtown and grocery stores which is great! Highly recommend!

Great place, it was just as the description stated. Close to the breweries and the downtown area. Location is great for walking to the shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in town visiting.

We had a great stay! The house was roomy with comfortable beds. The decor was very cool. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio both in the morning and evening. We appreciated the garage to park our vehicle inside, and we even enjoyed the bikes, helmets and bike locks provided by the host. Great location near Old Town and not far from CSU.

Home was so close to so many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Downtown and Old town near by. We found the home well equipped and owner was very responsive to a couple of questions that we had.

Wow! We were so impressed with this gorgeous property! Before we even arrived we received lots of great communication via email and text from Stacey, the property manager. Getting in to the house was a breeze! The location was absolutely perfect and the house fit our needs to a T! My kids (15, 17, & 20) loved the accommodations too! We would DEFINITELY rent this place again! Thank for a perfect getaway spot!

This home was well kept with lots of space and it still felt homey. There was everything you needed. It has a fullly equipped beautiful kitchen for staying in and making a meal with family. the home has a lovely roof with a for pit outside and a cozy gas fire place in the living room. Our stay was lovely. I would recommend Stacy's properties when visiting CO.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly what we wanted… great location!The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Fort Collins!

This property was close to everything you need yet far enough away to be quiet. Great area to just go outside and walk down a path and see where it leads you. Neighbors are walking dogs and everyone is friendly even though they know your not a local.

The house is well-equipped, comfortable, clean, and in a good location with easy access to downtown and Old Town Square.

We had a fantastic stay at this new, well designed, well equipped house in Old Town North. Plenty of room for our family. Great, well equipped Kitchen. Awesome rooftop deck if its nice enough to hang out. Location was great. Short walk to New Belgium and Hello brewing and Old Town. Highly recommended!

Family of four (all adults) had a super time. Location to activities was spot on. House is so cozy and a practical layout. Would stay again.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed this house! Perfect for being in town to attend a friend's wedding. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, and amenities. Having a space to park our cars inside was an added benefit from leaving them on the street. Neighborhood is quite and felt safe. Walking distance into Old Town and a few minute drive from all the venues. We could hear the train some times at night but it was a relaxing sound when up on the rooftop next to the firepit. Stacey was very quick and transparent with communication. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us.

Everything was wonderful from the booking online, to the communication with Stacy to the home, our stay and the checkout. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Walking distance to town and easy driving to anywhere we needed to go. We loved seeing the train but it may wake you up when it goes through at night.

We absolutely loved this house! Beautifully decorated, with a fantastic layout for our family's needs. It was a real treat to hang out on the roof top terrace in the quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked, and dining table fit our 6 comfortably. We highly recommend this spot, and would be very excited if we had the chance to visit again! Thanks a bunch, Stacey!

Stayed for a wedding in Fort Collins. The place was new and great for three couples; the living room and kitchen were spacious and there was plenty of closet space. Located in a relatively new development, some construction nearby but nothing bothered us. Close to downtown retaurants and breweries and the river trail. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy walking distance to downtown and kitchen was well outfitted.
