This cozy oceanfront cottage is an excellent choice for a group retreat on the southern end of Topsail Island. The wonderful reverse living floor plan capitalizes on the ocean views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen on the upper floor. The bedrooms on the lower floor each have sliding doors that access the oceanfront deck, so you can wake up each morning and race to the beach! The house is also located in the relaxing town of Topsail Beach, where life is slow-paced and laid-back.Go for a bike ride around the town, or walk down the beach to the Jolly Roger Pier. Enjoy a few select restaurants and shops in the area, then go back to the house to enjoy a nap without being disturbed by work. Cable TV on two flat screens and two conventional TVs are provided for your convenience. Wireless internet access and unlimited long-distance phone service are also provided for the time you spend indoors. Just remember that you don't need an iPad to look at the beach when you're already here! The outdoor shower is enclosed and offers hot and cold water! The washer and dryer are inside the house.
