Stayed Jul 6, 2023We had five family members and we were very comfortable. The bonus is a property this size with three full bathrooms. Good for so s for social time and privacy too.

Stayed Jun 29, 2023We enjoyed our stay in Rockport. This house was acceptable but saying it sleeps 7 is a bit of a stretch, would recommend you bring your own bedding if someone will be sleeping on the couch. The washcloths and towels were a bit cheap but overall this place fit our needs just fine. Would stay here again.

Stayed May 27, 2022It’s summertime in TX the outside of the house and inside needs to be sprayed for bugs. Dead bugs when you pulled back the sheets in the front room. We washed the sheets. Other than that excellent property and close to everything and plenty of room to park a boat. No grill at the house or outdoor table and could definitely use one since it’s a rental and has a slab behind the house. The property management did not email out the check in details and I had to call the office to get them. Nicely decorated.
