Come enjoy an Amelia Island getaway at our recently updated 2 Bedroom/1.5 Bathroom Townhouse! Coastal Blue #3 is a budget-friendly vacation rental located just 1/4 mile from Main Beach and 2 miles from the historic downtown Fernandina Beach. Plus, Ft. Clinch State Park and Egan's Creek Greenway are a short bike ride away! Our townhouse is truly convenient to everything the island has to offer - and best of all, beach access is just a short walk across the street!

Situated close enoughto the shoreline to hear the waves at night, Coastal Blue #3 has been recently updated with a new deck and exterior upgrades. From the lower level guests enter the living room, which offers comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area seats four and is right next to the renovated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. From the downstairs level, guests also have access to the laundry room with a washer and a dryer.

Both bedrooms are on the upstairs level. In the primary bedroom, guests will enjoy the comfortable king mattress and flat screen TV. Private deck access can also be reached from the primary bedroom.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds with linens and clothing storage as well. The main bathroom on the second level has a tub/shower combination and a vanity with extra counter space. Guests are provided all fresh bed linens and bath linens, including beach towels.

Dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

    This property was a overall great experience. Clean, good location and quiet. Pros: - Walking distance to beach if you do not have too many items to carry - Clean - Quiet - Sleeps 4-6 (bring an air mattress) - Great communication from property management - Amenities you wouldn't get with a hotel - Pet friendly Cons - Not enough toiletries (make sure you bring extra toilet paper) - Main bathroom could use some upgrade (i.e shower head to short and other items could use updating.) - Smart TV's had YouTube TV logged in only in the master bedroom All-in-all I would suggest this to a small family, couples or group of adult friends wanting a nice place to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

    This townhouse is very nice. Living room, kitchen, half bath, and dining area on first floor. Two bedrooms, full bath, and a good size balcony on second floor. Location is great in that there is easy access to the beach and downtown is a short drive. Parking is right out front. It's the perfect place to stay when visiting Amelia Island.

    The condo was mostly clean I wish I had not look under the master bed..so many dust balls. It was close enough to the beach ..we could either walk or drive as there was some beach parking. The condo was adequate, the pictures made it look more stylish than it is. The outside of the building looked like a motel 6..could use some updating. I think the most negative part was the water..it’s well water and smells horrible. We went through 2 cases of bottled water..no way I would drink it ..enough we had to bathe in it. We had a relaxing week so thank you..but we wont be returning.

    My husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend. The unit was exactly as advertised and communication with the manager was straightforward. Super quick and easy walk to the nearest beach access. Easy parking. Clear and detailed directions for check in and check out processes. They were so kind to leave us a tasty treat from Fantastic Fudge and a note congratulating us on our marriage! We would absolutely recommend this place to others.

    Great place and a stone's throw away from beach access #2. The most comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and nice layout. Although it was too cold to enjoy the balcony - I can see it as a nice plus! Having the separate laundry room allowed us to store our bikes out of the weather. Would rent again!

    Although not directly across from a public beach access, a beach wagon was provided so we could easily make the short walk to the beach with the chairs and towels provided. The unit is exactly as advertised—nicely remodeled; no frills but has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoy taking our dog to the beach, and this unit had a hose at the door so we could clean her (and us) off when we got back. The only cons are that the blender doesn’t work the best and the stairs are a bit tight/steep, but we expected that from previous reviews.

    Located right across from the beach- about a 5 minute walk to sand. Easy to park and load/unload the car right in front of the door or take a dog out. Beds are comfortable and lots of nice touches. Great location on the island.
